ウェルカム ホテル ネッカースウルム(Welcome Hotel Neckarsulm)

The reception personnel is not at all helpful, welcoming or well trained in hospitality. The room was good and clean. Good noise isolation. The shower and sink are open to the room. The breakfast is normal. We would not come back.

I stayed only one night, but very comfortable. Parking is little bit more than expected, they take 15 EUR . I took the summer deal. I liked the reception large elevaters, restaurant in the hotel. Perfect breakfast. Sauna and fitness missing the dresing room, however very nice as well.

Great place great amenities and would come back. My only disappointment was that their air conditioners were off for the winter and our visit was over some warm days..very uncomfortabe.

Bad cancellation policy when your plans change during your stay. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant stops serving food long before their advertised finished time. No local arrangements with taxis for airport travel. Not what you would expect from a hotel which caters for the business traveler.

The hotel has very nice and modern rooms. They are not huge, but efficiently organized, much better organized than larger rooms. Parking is right next to the hotel, quite cheap (weekend price), and next to the Bahnhof. The breakfast was good.

I had a great business stay at Welcome Hotel, Neckarsulm. I hadn't heard of this hotel brand before and didn't have very high expectations but was pleasantly surprised the moment i saw the modern hotel, ample parking, friendly reception staff, spacious and modern room. My room overlooked the train station which was a bit of a red flag but the triple glazed windows cancelled all noise from outside! I didn't hear anything all night from the corridor or from outside etc. Breakfast was very nice, WIFI good. The outside restaurant was really nice too. I'd definitely stay again!

Sehr ordentliches Businesshotel , absolut empfehlenswert, komplikationslos . Tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal , parken direkt vor dem Hotel , alles sauber und modern . Mehr kann ich hier einfach nicht schreiben 😃 Komme gerne wieder ...

Dit hotel boekt ongevraagd bedragen van je credit card af. In ons geval betalen we voor de overnachting via bank betaling (SEPA) en werd daarna nogmaals het bedrag afgeboekt via de credit card. Het hotel doet alsof het van niets weet en de betalingen nooit heeft ontvangen. Dit riekt naar fraude. Pas dus op!
