素晴らしいビーチフロントのホテルで、サービスもとても良かったです。部屋は写真で見るよりもずっと素敵でした！価格と質のバランスが抜群です！ 大晦日に宿泊したのですが、ガラディナーは驚くほど素晴らしかったです。選択肢が豊富で、様々な種類の料理が美味しく、デザートも絶品でした。「Ochen ochen xorosho」。ネゴンボの花火を全部見ることができました。 1月1日の早朝出発だったので、ホテルのスタッフは早めの朝食パッケージを用意してくれました！ 本当に期待以上のサービスを提供してくれて、本当に感謝しています！また必ず来ます！アールズ・リージェント・チームの皆様、ありがとうございました！

Disappointed stay to be totally honest. The location is good, right on the beach and 20 mins from the airport. There is a pool and many restaurants around. The street doesn't have much to do, but if you want to stay and relax its a good option. Check in was 2pm even though its stated as 1pm online. The women at the front desk are excellent, very efficient and friendly, however the men are not. I wasn't impressed. Upon check out, nobody came to collect my bags. Food is good from ala carte. The bar manager is amazing. Very good customer service. The bed is comfortable, along with the pillows. Good shower and wifi. Nice balcony. The room has a mosquito problem and no robe or slippers in the room. Some problems exist however. In the hallway there is music and lights on 24/7. This disturbs sleep. Neighbours are noisy (not hotel fault). And people reserve sun loungers in the morning, even though they do not use until hours later. This is a problem. Overall I was a little disappointed with my stay.

The hotel is great with a nice pool and excellent sea view. It is generally clean but the floor is wet from condensation. I wonder if its the aircon or sea.

Отличный и красивый отель, персонал вежливый и в номере всегда чисто. Рекомендую посетить.
