ロスト トレイル ベッド アンド ブレックファスト(Lost Trail Bed and Breakfast)

We arrived after a long day of travel to find that only one of the two rooms we had booked were available to us. Upon checking our booking records and realising their mistake, the owner offered us two options: she would find us a different place to stay, or she would make up what was originally presented as a couch in the available room to become a third bed. It was already dark and we were very tired, so we decided to slum it together in one room for the night, but catch: instead of simply refunding us for the room we didn’t get, we had to agree to a partial refund only because of the third “bed” being added. Effectively, they changed the booking terms from per room to per person and made a profit on their mistake with the alternative being for us to get out and back on the road after driving for hours. It was an awkward stay and we felt taken advantage of. Apart from the gouging, everything was perfectly mediocre.

The owners are VERY racist. The lady made a joke about a burnt toast - saying it looks like”new South Africa - Black South Africa… We were racially profiled. We were discriminated and we were looked down upon lol.

Beautiful place with exotic looking swimming pool. The owners are a delight. No need to go down town for dinner or a drink, it is well possible here. Certainly a relaxing environment. The route is well indicated.

Just fabulous, a hidden gem and incredible value for money! We had 2 wonderful nights in this paradise. The guesthouse is nestled in the Nelspruit town, with beautiful views and a complete feeling of peace. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. There is no load shedding and the breakfasts are served on the stoep. This is the perfect place to recharge or just sitting under the stars. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind! We enjoyed our stay with our fantastic hosts, DC and Annelize.

What a gem! Deceptive from the front - the small entrance opens into an amazing botanical garden. Anna-Lize is a delightful, attentive and helpful host. The rooms are well thought out, well-equipped even with plates, microwaves and fridges. Smashing breakfast! Lovely pool. Great value. What more could we ask for.

Facility is very neat and clean, Annelize greets you with a smile and takes you to your room. Nothing is too much for her. Venue is breathtaking very quiet and peaceful will definitely use the facility again

Very beautiful guest house and surroundings. The room is spacious enough so you don't feel claustrophobic. I love that there is a table just outside the room, so that you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Can't wait to visit you again!

An amazing gem that truly deserves five stars! We stayed as a family, Annelize and her husband really welcomed us and made us feel like we were VIPs! Amazing property, service, 2min drive from convenience store and restaurants, highly recommended !
