ホテル イタリア ネセバル(Italia Hotel)

We had a great holiday at this hotel. If someone wants to rest and relax, this is the place to go. The staff are all very accomodating, without being intrusive and the cuisine is just great. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel Cappella.

Friendly and clean in an area surrounded by very reasonably priced restaurants and walking distance to everything. Overall a good choice!

Fantastic little hotel in a very good location. The host is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in good shape. I had a room at the top floor with a round bed and balcony and it was lovely. I also had panoramic view but even though I could see the ocean there was a lot of houses in the way. The breakfast buffet was small but had most of the basic food the bigger hotels have. And it was served by the pool which was so nice. The pool itself was small but clean and there was a bar. Really enjoyed it. Downside was that it was very noisy all night long. You could hear people talking on the street very loud and the biggest problem was the seagulls that had nests on every roof around. They were soooo loud but that’s not to blame the hotel for. Maybe it’s the same everywhere here. I really recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again.

Horrible hotel. Rooms photos are fake. The accomodation is on a anex building. Very dirty place. Scam hotel! Once u paid, and u cannot recive money back, they gonna make un an downgrade, with no choice, like take it or leave it. Breakfast with flyes and insects.

Very nice hotel, well kept, and the staff actively want you to be comfortable. Small to US standards, the big hearts of the staff make it better than the bigger chain-type hotels. Easy walking distance from Old Town Nessebar. Great continental breakfast. Strongly recommended!

Given that it was ‘out of Season’ the hotel was fine for B&B. The pool was not heated. Too cold to swim in in October. The room was small but comfortable. The Proprietor was very very attentive! Breakfast was very good. The lift was Panoramic.

Chris the owner was very helpful and nothing was a bother to him,one of the friendliest people we have met.There was always plenty to eat for breakfast. Hotel was well situated easy access to buses,we were out of season but still managed to walk to old town nesseber and sandy beach of sunny beach. Would reccomend the hotel to anyone and we would definatley stay there again

Small, nice, clean hotel with a swimming pool and pool bar with cold, cheap drinks. Outstanding customer care - Chris, the hotel manager/owner does everything he can, and even more, to make guests happy. The location is perfect - 650m north to the sunny beach and to the seaside promenade. 700m south to the Nessebar beach, 650m east to the Nessebar old town "bridge". Several restaurants around. Don't expect variety/lots of different food for breakfast - every day the same basic stuff. Quite obvious for a small hotel though, so I don't complain. You can book a room cheaper via email/phone safely.
