ボー リバージュ ホテル(Beau Rivage Hotel)

Very close to the Genève station. Could find easily even in the night. It was the first time in Geneve to catch an early flight so the location was best.

Attitude from teams and service to improve. Not at the level of a 5 star hotel to expect and available in other Beau Rivage hôtels. Opening the full terrace and not 1/3 of it during good weather is a must and should not be optional as people are waiting for a seat and To resume: not worth the awaiting for the quality of the service and moment lived.

Super location near the lake with lake stunning lake wiew and alps if weather plays along. 2 minutes from cozy Neuchatel city centre by foot underpass. Very attentive and friendly staff, fine cuisine. Wine list could be a bit wider for my taste but it's ok. We'll come again! Merci beaucoup nous reviendrons.

First plus is it’s ideal position right on the shoreline and by the main promenade. Beautiful entrance and you feel at home with the help of the friendly staff. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Thought breakfast was ok it was not the best I have had. The toaster didn’t toast until major intervention by another guest and the scrambled eggs were cold. I expect better. But besides the above I still give it 5 as everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very welcoming reception and restaurant team and comfortable room. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside was it was very hot and the hotel room had no air conditioning, so not the most comfortable nights sleep

Everything was perfect, the hotel is so well located y the lake. It is so calm like a retreat. The rooms are big and clean. The service is perfect. The food at the restaura t is delicious and everyone working there is doing his best to welcome the guests and help. Ordering a taxi and finding a good restaura t is so easy with the support of the reception. Thank you. I definitely recommend

I felt truly welcome when I entered the the building and I felt that the staff did everything in their power, and beyond, to take good care of me. Their friendliness went beyond "have-a-nice-day" wishes. After check-out they phoned me to return my forgotten belongings and offered to bring it to me. The room and the view could not have been better.
