スタッフはとても親切だったのに、ホテル自体の印象は非常に悪かったです。シーツには明らかに有機物由来のシミや穴が開いており、ベッドリネンには長い髪の毛が付着していました。ホテル自体はエアロシティの近くにあるはずなのに、周辺は非常に汚いです。旅行中にこんなレビューを書くとは思いませんでした。他に選択肢が全くない時以外は、このホテルに泊まりません。

The staff were friendly and even gave us breakfast when we arrived at 10am which was unexpected but welcome, some fruit and an omelette. We left our bags in room and returned at 5pm for short sleep and shower before leaving to airport at midnight. However this proved difficult due to street noise, hotel other guests noise, etc. And then the main issue was the bathroom maintenance condition was poor. Was wet room with toilet/basis/shower in small area, toilet did not flush so had to fil bucket with water and poor down. Shower would not stay on so again had to wash with bucket. Not a good experience before long haul flight!

The room in the picture does not exist. It is a rundown hotel on a busy street with no space even for a car to drop you. The toilets have buckets, no shower curtains! It is the worst hotel I have stayed in for this price - a total rip off. It should not be on the ********** website - it is a disgrace. It is not even worth £30 per night and I have been charged £130 odd per night - work it out for 5 nights it is £500. I have been a member of ********** for quite a long time, never had any issues - but this one is a total disgrace. If I could I would ask for my money back. Regards Virendra +44 7875143432

For the price it was an adequate stay however I would not come back. It was extremely noisy and not the cleanest hotel. The bed was rock hard and the towels were very used/old. Having said this the staff were absolutely lovely and the food was great.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I also want to commend the person on the reception and the service boy. Both of them had very good behavior, and the overall service was excellent.

Dirty everywhere. Even the wall of the room has vomit marks and the bed sheets and towels horrible too . I just wanted to have a shower and sleep and I couldn't because everything was disgusting

I stay in the hotel and my experience was too good and staff was very friend and sweetly. Every thing food and other too good location was main road and view

I booked this hotel because the address and map showed it in Aerocity, close to the metro station. In reality, it is about 2 km away, inside Mahipalpur Village, so the location description is misleading. The hotel itself is very basic, and the room feels more like a budget property. It does not match a true 3-star standard—more like a simple 1-star room by European expectations. Overall, an okay stay, but not what I expected based on the listing.
