The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and very polite. Excellent location. The only miss is the wifi was non-existant.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Natalie over this past weekend snow/ice storm. They were so nice and accommodating on the first day, and then our second night the whole area of bath/freeport lost power. I knew we were checking out in the morning (Sunday) to drive back home, so I didn't fret it. Sunday morning, I went to the front desk just to let them know we were leaving since no computers were operational without power. I was totally surprised when they asked me if I wanted breakfast. I wondered how their continental breakfast was even possible since they had no power, and I could see that all the machines were off. They had brought over a BBQ Grill and cooked the eggs and sausage on the grill outside in the snow/ice (26 degrees outside). They even had a "pot" (Literal cooking pot) on the grill heating up coffee, and hot water for tea. They were even ready to toast the bagels and toast on the grill too. I'm totally impressed with their thinking outside of the box and still providing us with a breakfast even in a power outage. - My new favorite hotel for the Freeport area - Kudos to all the staff.

It was a pleasant surprise as didn't look great as we pulled up to it. It was nicely presented on entry, clean & all round affordable. The rooms though are really small - booked originally 1 room for 4 people (2 beds) but was so tight. Ended up getting a 2nd room, equally as small but gave us space. Breakfast ok, nothing special but filled us all up for the days travelling. Staff for check in was really helpful and efficient.

We received the wrong room and the concierge was very nice and gave us the room we paid for. Apologized several times for the mistake. Very nice man.

Property was easy to get to. Excellent price value. Two "walkable" restaurants. Night staff extremely helpful. Room was a tad small with no garment rods, shelves or hooks. Would stay again.

Freshly renovated motel. Nice and helpful front desk attendant. We would stay again. I would recommend regular pillow. The thick mini square bed pillow is an uncomfortable trend . I slept my head on my winter coat.

It seems like a nice enough of a hotel but the office chairs in the bedroom had peeling leatherette, there was hair all over the bathroom from a previous guest, there were no bath towels when we arrived, and there was a cigarette burn or some sort of tear on the sheet that clearly caused a hole through the sheet, mattress cover, and part of the mattress.

The breakfast here is thoroughly mediocre. Paper thin bacon you can almost see through, frozen egg patties, and a coffee machine that didn’t work half the time. The shower in my bedroom had almost no water pressure at all, so showering was miserable. Other than that the room and my stay was fine, nothing special.

I wish there was a way to leave negative stars on here or better yet post pictures. Not only was our room unsanitary it was also unsafe. The shower was brown covered with mildew, mold and soap scum. The bottom of the shower curtain was black. The vent was hanging off the wall. The bathroom door would stick every time you closed it, so night one I got trapped in there and had to scream for my boyfriend to come get me out. The rest of our stay we had to use the bathroom with the door open (which no matter the couple who doesn’t want privacy while they use the bathroom). My favorite part though was the dirty bandaids covering/hanging from the smoke detector. When I went to the front desk I was told without asking-they wouldn’t be giving me my money back, the shower was clean only slightly discolored and if I got stuck and had to break the door down-break it down. I asked twice for the bathroom to at least be cleaned and it never happened. At breakfast the pancake machine stopped working so we asked the front desk to fix it he walked over looked at it and walked away to go sit back at the front desk. Never fixed it or even explained anything.
