カンブリア ホテル ニューオーリンズ ダウンタウン ウェアハウス ディストリクト(Cambria Hotel New Orleans Downtown Warehouse District)

A fine hotel with nice amenities including fitness room and a spacious shower. It is a short walk from the action of the French Quarter, however we found it to be perfect for a few days looking around New Orleans.

We had a pleasant stay after we figured out the thermostat. A little chilly the first night! Your staff and room were quality!

We are locals and stayed on New Year's Eve night. In every way it was a great experience, in one of the best areas in New Orleans, The Warehouse District. If you're coming to New Orleans, I highly recommend The Cambria.

Business trip. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Convenient location with walking distance to convention center and downtown. Several restaurants and coffees around. I would stay in Cambria again. (Several treadmills and other equipment in the fitness room but I would have liked to see free weights too.)

The Cambria overall was nice. The pros are that it's in a good location with a safe feel with a nice front desk staff. The rooms and hotel were very clean and tidy; the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. I don't know if I'll stay again as there were a few things I didn't love. It's loud. You can hear doors, the elevator ring, people talking, and even someone sneezing/tv in the room next door. Also- the hot water is clearly capped at a temp that is below what I prefer for a shower. It was warmer than luke- but not quite hot. I had it on the hottest setting in both the shower and sink and could easily hold my hand under; I'd say it's slightly warmer than warm. Additionally- I was surprised to find my dirty towels in my room when I returned from a day of work and called the desk to inquire about housekeeping and was told that they only have housekeeping for more than 4 night stays. They brought me towels but didn't take the pile of used towels so they were in my room for the next 2 nights. I was also surprised that they do not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby and was directed to the bar to purchase my to-go coffee each a.m ($3.82/sm). I was also surprised that the staff poured it, and rang it up with an automatic 18% gratuity before handing me the check to pay. There is comp coffee in the rooms, however. Note that 2 bottles of water and 1 poweraid was about $15 in the little pantry area, and there is no free bottled water at this hotel.

The location and vibe of this hotel was great, however the housekeeping was appalling at this establishment. Requested the room to be cleaned several times during our stay and this service was not fulfilled until our last day there. They definitely need to do better. I have stayed at the Cambria in Chelsea, NY many times in the past and the service has been great!

We were given a really lovely room with a nice view of the street, cute coffee shops and stuff. We loved it! Also the AC was blasting and it was AMAZING! It was so hot outside and it was like stepping into heaven every time we entered the hotel LOL. The staff was also very nice. We didn't drink at the bar or eat breakfast (if there was any?), just stayed in the room or out on the town, but it was really great. Walking distance to the French quarter. Close to the streetcar. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for walking. Several restaurants close by and within minutes we were at many of our chosen destinations; Superdome, World War II Museum, French Market, Bourbon Street.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was modern and clean. Great location, close but not too close. The only thing I would say is the food at hotel is a bit pricey. $5.00 for a cup of tea is insane.
