I was lucky enough to stumble on this gem . This hotel & lounge just open last month and is one of a kind. I truly enjoy staying at this restored location. The hotel& restaurant/ lounge is extremely clean, the esthetic is beautiful w/ a modern twist .Everything is brand new . There's historicial artifacts and theme based rooms of legendary motown artist that allow you to feel like your stepping into the 60's. There's live music and lounge at the same location . The staff was kind and helpful. The chief has some of the best dishes in town 🙌. The drink select was A1! Centrally located downtown and 12-15 mins from French quarters & bourbon st. Book your stay here, you won't regret it!

The front desk staff at Dew Drop really cared about my needs and super friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. The pool was dreamy. I used every afternoon after a day on the street of NOLA. The club next door was hopping however this didn’t affect my time at this boutique hotel.

Renovations are amazing! Looks great! Service from everyone was amazing!! The band in bar n lounge was brilliant!! Thank you so much! Enjoyed the pool as well. It was very humid and they came and adjusted our thermostat just for us…the did have to, but they were so accommodating! Thanks for everything!

I was just in town for the night but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the rich history of the property. The hotel room was well worth the price and the live music was a great vibe. I will definitely be back!

Comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Loved the history of the space and the real community connection with the surrounding neighbors. Would love to come back with more friends! We stayed in the Little Richard room which has windows that look down on the audience in the hotel's music venue. The sound didn't bother us as city folks (we were either in the audience or out on the town during shows). I was easily able to fall asleep to the sounds of people having a great time below the one evening we got in before the venue closed shop for the night.

I came to New Orleans for a convention and found my way to the Dew Drop Inn (via *******). It is a small, recently renovated hotel with a long history. The room was not fancy, but has all the essentials and is sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. Very quiet and the neighborhood is well kept. The staff was extremely personable and helpful, proud to be working in this historic location. It was much better than the large downtown hotels with no personality. I did need to uber (about 10 min) for my commute to the Convention Center, but even after this cost, it was still much less expensive than the downtown locations. There are not yet any dining places nearby, but this will change very soon when the hotel opens its restaurant/music venue. A great visit.

My entire experience while visiting The Dew Drop Inn was amazing. The restoration of this venue and hotel was done to an incredible level of historic detail and is immaculate. Walking through each area feels like entering a time portal and being allowed to revisit such an amazing music and cultural history. It is truly memorable and I look very forward to future visits.

I stayed in the Bobby Marchan room right by the pool- it was a little too chilly on Mardi Gras night so we did not get to use the pool. But the pool area is sweet with lounge area - perfect little Uptown hide away. The room was cozy and comfortable. Nice bathroom amenities- great shower pressure, comfy bed! The hospitality was Spot on! Very friendly, polite down to earth guest focused team! The bar was inviting with delicious cocktails and friendly staff. I look forward to return even though I am a local. History is right at your fingertips- captured in photos. Highly recommend!
