Perfect location for French Quarter right in between Bourbon street & Jackson square. Amazing staff! Super clean rooms. We will be back!

The rooms are very clean and modern but still have that old New Orleans magic. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, which they kept us stocked with! Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the maid came by at 10 a.m. sharp every morning and we had to get up and sign her list. We also had some trouble with the shower clogging the last morning but they took care of it fairly quickly. Luckily we weren't rushing to catch a flight. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

The room we got is windowless, which is a bit strange, but we didn't actually miss it at all. We arrived at the hotel later at night, just a few minutes away from Bourbon St. The room, as well as the hotel in general, offered a tasteful blend of old and modern elements. The price was reasonable, around $138, but I found the parking to be too expensive at $42 plus tax. Despite that, I would recommend it.

Loved this hotel! Staff was very personable and friendly. Our room was sizable and very comfortable. We had a king room right next to the elevator, there was some air vent or something that banged every 5 min. It didn’t ruin our sleep, but was a little irritating. Next time we will definitely choose a courtyard room, but this will be our go-to for Nola from now on!

This was our first time staying here, i had been eyeing it sonce the last time I visited 8 years ago. Then we also had several recommendations for others for it and they weren't wrong. The property is absolutely beautiful, and had lots of little hidden tunnems and areas. I love the lobby, even if it is a touch small, it's beautifully decorated. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, especially in helping you with bags and finding you rides. You really can't beat the location, if you love the French Quarter it's right in the heart. Can be a bit loud. But it does quiet down in the area at about 10. Downsides were our room location, because it was literally across from the elevator which nearly everyone used so you could hear it beeping at all hours. Next time I would just request a different area. The room itself was lovely, beautiful bathroom, nice bed. TV is in an odd location though, directly on the left wall so you couldn't really see it unless you sat sideways on the bed. Last downside is I just wish they had some kind of restaurant, but you're in NoLa and good food is not hard to find. It was just be nice for the mornings perhaps. But not a deal breaker. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. The only complaints is the bed was pretty uncomfortable, the WiFi signal in our room was really bad so the TV didn't work and the staff was very loud in the mornings. We were trying to sleep and every morning, there were staff working right outside our door having very loud conversations with each other and on speaker phone and banging on walls and slamming doors. I would think twice about this hotel if you like sleeping in.

Great hotel. Location is perfect. We had a room on the courtyard side so it was quiet. We’ve stayed at other places in the quarter where street noise was an issue but that was not the case here.
