ホテル マザラン(Hotel Mazarin)

Great character and location. But- beds have almost nothing thicker than a sheet. Cold nights- no blanket in closet. Took 3 requests to get hangers for closets, no microwave in entire place, refrigerator really tiny. Shower controls a nightmare. Had it personally demonstrated to us twice before we could take a decent temp shower. Wastebaskets tiny. Ice machine really well hidden with no signs. Just everything a pain and took a long time to resolve. Wouldn’t stay there again. Car valet person was a 12/10 though!

Great location in the French Quarter. Stay here if you don’t value a quiet nights sleep. Learned my lesson the hard way. Other than that, cool, historic hotel walking distance to Bourbon street and other sights in the French Quarter.

The staff were beyond helpful. They were knowledgeable and always available for questions/suggestions. Our only complaint was running out of hot water each morning.

Every staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Cleaning staff also friendly and was great. Close to bourbon street but quiet. Located centrally and it was wonderful

Great staff. Sonjia was very welcoming. She even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine because I checked in too late to get to the wine bar. I stayed in a Superior King room on the fifth floor. It was on the front side of the building, and I heard no street noise. The room was clean and in well maintained condition. Security was present overnight, but remained discreet. The breakfast served in their courtyard cafe was delicious and the service was attentive. I would certainly stay here again, should I return to visit New Orleans.

First room they gave us had not been cleaned yet. We booked a jr suit. When we went back to the front desk and let them know the room had not been cleaned he said that he would give us a complimentary upgrade and he gave us a Jr Suit. We were also supposed to have received a complimentary bottle of wine according to our booking and we had to ask for it.

The property was ok, drop bags and go type. I didn’t receive my complimentary bottle of wine I had to ask for it. I wasn’t offered an upgrade and they were available on the app they sent me because I looked, not Platinum status treatment. It wasn’t the greatest stay and it wasn’t the worst stay but I’ll stick with the hotels I’ve been staying at..

What a wonderful treat this room was. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic. We loved everything about it. The courtyard was calming and charming. The room was clean, and felt large. We were on a road trip for our 30th anniversary, and this room had a romantic feel. We would so stay here again.

We were here for NYE and the Rose Bowl. amazing location. Accidentally fell asleep at 10pm both nights- Never heard any partygoers from our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We paid for buffet breakfast one morning and it was good (fresh fruit including berries). Would definitely stay here again.
