It was a nice short one-night stay, rooms were clean, people were friendly and accommodating.

The toilet stopped up before we went to bed. Called desk to help and they never did anything. The toilet was stopped up all night until we left the next morning…

Very convenient for event we were there for but unfortunately the room had a smell to it. Trash on the floor bedding looked wrinkled as if bed was just made instead of freshly washed.

Everything was good. We enjoyed the breakfast, the lady who works to bring the food out was charming and very friendly. I had a little trouble with the thermostat though. Nice and quiet with excellent staff.

There was no hot water. The desk clerk said nothing about it. The boiler was broken.

Something happened to half the power in our room when we first got up. We had one light by the door and air only. I went to the front desk at 7:30 and she said you are bout to leave right. I then told her after we shower and get dressed. She said I will see what I can do. She told me is was probably a fuse. We left at 10 and nothing was done .

Employees were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Also, a great Mexican food restaurant is right next door. We went to St. Francisville, which wasn't very far, so location was good.

When we tried to check-in at 8:30PM we were first told we didn’t have rooms and then told there was an issue with house-keeping and it would be 30-45 minutes before our rooms would be ready. So we went next door the Mexican restaurant to eat then came back to check-in and we still didn’t have rooms at 10:30PM. Finally after about 15-20 minutes they found 3 rooms for us. They charged us triple for what the rooms were because one of the cards “declined” but was removed from the card and we received 2 receipts for the same room. It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a Best Western and would never stay there again. We did not have breakfast even though it said breakfast was included and the cereal they did have out was stale and old. We are still waiting for corporate to give us a call about refunding the extra charges.

Customer service from supervisor was horrible. Rooms were not available and clean on time. No towels in room. This facility is a joke.
