Amazingly place with great vibes. Staff were very friendly and welcoming

The stay was horrible, first was put in a room infront of elevators! Then switched rooms and next morning fire alarm sounds at 7am! Absolutely no one offered anything and changed us boutique fees??? Far from any boutique and not a care in the world about our 2 night stay!!!

First of all, there was no parking when my husband got in from work at around midnight. Due to the party that was going on at the club in the lobby. Then around 2am the fire alarm went off waking us up and he had to be up for work at 6am. We were not instructed on what to do and the alarm was awful. Went off for about 20 minutes straight. But the party downstairs and outside never stopped. Women on our floor were yelling and cursing all night. The television didn’t work during our whole stay. They blamed it on the carrier. At the restaurant service was awful. I sat there watching people come sit eat and leave and I was still waiting for my appetizer. Wasn’t until I proceeded to leave the restaurant that I got service. I was given a voucher for an appetizer I couldn’t use because I didn’t show it before I ordered my dinner. We stay there often and have never had such an experience. Very disappointed.

The NoMa property is excellent. My only critique is the extra charges (boutique & parking).

Beautiful facility. Great room. Close to train station. No complaints! In house restaurant but were unable to use but. But nice that we had option

This trip, I enjoyed my room very much. I always like being in the front of the hotel. I enjoy the scenery.

Not very impressed with the hotel and its setting. Walked into a not so impressive lobby with the smell of cleaning products. The way to the room was clean but the room looked old and weary in spite of their modern decor. The bathroom had leaks from the bathtub and the toilet seat was scary to sit on. The faucet didn’t fit the sink well as all of the water poured out of the sink. The heater system made noises throughout the night which made it hard to sleep. Not the least, I will not be staying here anymore.

Its close by me...excellent service overall definitely recommended to friends and family
