Just want to shout out Chris at the front desk for going above and beyond by setting up the Habs game for us in the lobby/dining area. That’s what we call 5 star service. Gracious staff, great accommodations. 10/10 would stay again!

The first night was awful. Must have been 50 plus kids there from some event who took control of the hotel. Endless noise, they broke the elevator so we had to take stairs up and down 4 flights of stairs. The parents had zero control of the kids and they ran everywhere. It was awful. Even allowing their children to play hockey in the hallways at 6:00am. The breakfast area was like a sess pool of germs as well as the pool which I would have never even considered. The only saving grace was Karen, the hotel Manager who tried her very best to make up for it the following day. She was the best.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was really amazing!! The only suggestion I can leave is; it a great idea to put a recycling bin in the room and in the hotel in general. Also to add an extra chair in the room when there is more people in the room like we were.

Restaurant next door closed ladder in front of exit door all weekend. Doing electrical work. Staff at check in did not explain anything about the property.

Staff, especially the front desk assistant manager Jennifer was amazing. She was friendly, curtious and helpful. There was an issue with my comformaton from *******. Within a matter of time things were handled and rectified. I was grateful for her help. Overall I was very pleased with the room, cleanliness and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
