「別館に案内されたが、非常に綺麗で清潔なホテル。 ただし、机もなく、飲食が大変。 でも安いので許せる範囲。 また、本館でチェックインなのは分かるが、チェックアウト時にも本館へ向かう必要はないのでは？と思う。 結局本館でもルームキーを渡すだけで何もチェックは無し。別館の玄関にチェックアウトBOXを作るだけでいいのでは？ 当日は雨が降っており、本館までの道のりが地味に苦痛だった。」

「新酒店，房間設計非常簡約，打開到一個行李後，仍然可以走動。沒有每天打掃服務，不過不影響，酒店職員已經一早將所需要的物品存放在房間。 衛生程度方面，有其中一條毛巾有一點小小污跡，最後都無用酒店毛巾抹身。不算超級影響。 地理位置方面，在西本願寺和東本願寺的中間，由京都站走過來，大約10-15分鐘。周圍環境安靜。算不錯。 服務方面，酒店沒有二十四小時前台服務，這樣是比較麻煩的，根據酒店職員的說法，是由早上九點到晚上九點有職員。當有問題出現的時候，要用網上電話打給他們，這一點是不便的。 另外，酒店有付費行李配送服務，可以配送行李由京都到大阪，但是不是即日的，只能在第二天送達。所以我們選了airporter的即日配送服務，但要留意酒店是不會幫你們把行李交給司機的，酒店方面拒絕幫忙，要自己處理，所以如果大家要用即日行李配送服務，請預先作好準備。（日本也有很多酒店是能夠配合這些即日行李配送服務，如果着重服務或者想輕便出行的話，請三思）。 酒店有能夠用英文以及普通話溝通的人，這個值得一讚。」

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary bottled water and a cozy robe. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options each morning. The location was convenient, close to public transport and local attractions. Overall, the experience was relaxing and enjoyable—I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.」

「同じタイプの部屋が取れなかったため、翌日キングサイズの部屋に変更になりました。ところが、キングサイズの部屋もベッドが2つ繋がっていて、寝ている時に継ぎ目が目立ってしまうことが予想外でした。😬 それ以外はツインルームと変わらず、ベッドもバスルームも清潔でした。1階にはセルフサービスの飲料水と洗濯機がありました。ただ、日本のホテルでは使い捨てスリッパが用意されていないことが多いようなので、持参することをおすすめします。」

「このホテルは素晴らしい体験でした！客室設備は真新しく、設備も充実しています。スマートトイレと恒温シャワーも魅力です。寝具も柔らかく、ぐっすり眠れます。静かで上品な雰囲気で、ロビーの緑の植物は目を楽しませてくれます。廊下はカーペット敷きでとても静かです。サービスも行き届いており、フロントの対応も迅速で、子供にスリッパを貸してくれるなど、気配りも行き届いています。清掃員の方が毎日部屋を掃除してくれます。立地も良く、食事や買い物にも便利です。価格対性能比も非常に高く、次回もまた利用したいと思います！」

「要提早定，京都附近的酒店很少，衞生乾淨，床位還好，周圍便利，吃喝逛都有，有公共浴室，整個酒店好幾層，性價比可以，不過就是人多的時候訂不到房間，建議一次性訂好」

「Ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel gewesen und dem ganzen Service ! Ich bin froh trotz den erst wenigen Bewertungen trotzdem gebucht zu haben, ich kann das Hotel jedem nur wärmsten empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr nette Menschen, ganz ganz tolle Zimmer! Preis - Leistung top und ich würde wieder kommen. Für alle Paare als reine Information, der Onsen ist in getrennten Bereichen für Mann und Frau, was recht normal ist in Japan. Jedoch auch dort, alles sehr sauber, toll gepflegt und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder ! 🤗」

「Very few hotels look as sparkling clean as this one. Likely because Kiori Exec Gion is one of the latest properties in a bustling Kyoto. The room is more spacious than your average Japanese chain hotel and the service staff is as friendly as you can expect. A tip? Not exactly an accessible location (i.e. overhead bridge access only) if you're carrying multiple baggages, but a lovely choice if you're a light packer as it's a stone's throw away from the Gojo line. And if Nijo Castle is on your agenda, a bus stop right outside the hotel links to the attraction easily.」
