ザ ヴィンヤード(The Vineyard Hotel & Spa)

Fantastic service and attention to detail from start to finish. The food was superb from dinner through to breakfast. The wines to accompany were brilliant too. Staff are attentive, polite and engaging. Nothing is too much bother. We stayed for one night in a suite with a view of the golf course. Room was big and comfortable and the linens were great and the bed very comfortable. Have read some reviews about the spa area and feel these are unjustified. Lovely pool, jacuzzi (quite small) and steam and sauna all brilliant. Lovely staff and a daily menu should you wish to have a glass of something while sitting poolside.

A lovely return visit to The Vineyard. The team always go above and beyond to ensure my wife and I have an amazing time. This hotel continues to be highlight when travelling around the UK. A new pop up restaurant has been put up in the grounds while although it was quiet the tapas style food was lovely and the venue will sure be a hit when (hopefully) the weather improves.

we have dined in the restaurant many times and it's always been a pleasurable experience. From being welcomed by the friendly hospitable staff and continued good service throughout the whole dinner Olly was exceptional as always. He is very knowledgeable he is always professional as well as friendly We will be returning many times as always

Just back from my friends wedding held at The Vinyard. Everything about it was excellent. We had two nights and we had been upgraded to a suite as they had a winter deal on, so were able to make use of the spa, which was so relaxing. All the staff were so very friendly and professional and made us feel special. The wedding was amazing the venue and food and service were fabulous. We will definitely be returning for another break soon.

We had a fabulous time. Unfortunately our bed was made up as a double bed but it was soon rectified and we were upgrated to a suite so we had our twin beds. Everything about the hotel was lovely - it is very traditional with very friendly staff. The spa was fabulous and was empty when we visited. HIghly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

A really wonderful stay here. The service, food, ambience is first class. Loved the relaxing music and fire in the lounge. The Tasting Room was amazing with such theatre! Our room was beautifully styled and very spacious. The staff are all genuinely friendly and work very hard to ensure standards are maintained and everyone is happy. Will return!

This beautiful tranquil place is also situated next to deanwood golf course . This is our second time here but firat time staying over night. The food is amazing. I totally recommend the fish and chips the fish was in a beer batter and was the tastiest fish i have ever tried. We had the delux double room which was big and spacious and inside the room was bottles of water different beverages . Also a dressing gown and slippers if you did not want to take your own. The staff were all amazing and friendly but i do have to me tion PINO what a great gentleman serviced us in the bar area and restaurant. Would like to thank all the staff . Will definitely be coming back to stay in the near future

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and big with a very comfortable bed. We also had dinner in the bar, which was good and very large portions. Breakfast was also nice. Great selection of wine (obviously). Staff was very good, friendly and lovely, both at reception and in the restaurant. Would love to come back.

We asked for a golf view room as previous Tripadvisor comments said they were quieter and the rooms facing the main road, you can hear the traffic. However all the golf facing rooms where already allocated on our arrival. Shower is tight and not ideal for anyone taller than 5 foot 11 inches,  otherwise you will hit your head on the shower head.  The bed has a very soft mattress and sleep very well. However if you sit halfway down the bed, you can feel the bed frame until your bottom. Report this issue with the hotel about room 218, whom said they would look into this matter. Finally, the service and food was excellent, something that you would expect from a luxury 5 star hotel...
