I have booked a family trip for 10 days during Christmas time. It cost me in total £ 820.50 over the EDreams website. Everything paid ✔️ . As my family - my pregnant wife and our full energetic 2 year old daughter - arrived at the hotel a receptionist told us, that we need to pay our stay because it hasn’t been paid yet. I insist that it’s all paid. The receptionist insisted and urged me to pay again since my family was exhausted and there was no time and patience to argue. In the room I checked my account again and saw that our stay had been paid over EDreams which works together with Premier Inn. WHY making me pay twice? ‘Oh no sorry it did not show in the system that is paid. We are going to do a refund’, the receptionist said as I confronted her again. Since the 22nd December 2023 until today 10th of March 2024 I’m still waiting for The Premier Inn to refund me £820.50. After several calls and endless hours in the waiting line the hotline staff from Premier Inn keeps saying that the amount was already refunded, but the money didn’t enter my account and no proof of transaction was shown to me. Nobody tries to help, solve the problem or takes me seriously. It seems that the hotline even blocked my number. It has been a terrible experience over all. This service was nothing else than a robbery, a fraud, a total delusion. And your breakfast with all the convenience food is disgusting. The scrambled eggs which are mixed with milk or water to keep it cheap are an insult for any chef and person who likes to eat. I will thank you when I will finally get my money back, thank you but never again! I do not wish for anyone to go through such an experience with Premier Inn. Please stay away!!! Never again 🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😡
