Let me start with the good things about this hotel; the rooms (executive) are clean and spacious with a safe and air conditioning. Toiletries provided include shower gel, Shampoo, soap and body lotion, no toothpaste. In service food specifically egusi soup and pottage yam with dried fish were delicious. However, the menu consists of a lot of items that are unavailable. The location is in well known part of Aba, you can hire a taxi at the reception to take you out of state or locations within Aba. Now what needs to improve; The service in general is slow (sluggish) I had to wait 2 hours for an order of peppered gizzard. Our order for white wine was switched to red (they had run of white and despite this took our order for white wine). I only realized this after the bottle was uncorked and paid for. There are no irons in the rooms instead you are forced to use the laundry service (minimum 400 naira). The breakfast buffet I found unappetizing, there was no fried plantains or fried yam, rather noodles and rice were served everyday. I found the kitchen staff / breakfast room staff rather unprofessional; laughing loudly and joking in the presence of guests. One positive thing is staff are respectful and polite. Also, despite all of this Ibiza is probably one the better hotels in Aba it's also relatively new and well maintained.

we have stayed in Ibiza hotel last month and the hotel was such a great shape, best hotel we have found in internet. we met Indian general manger there who was very supportive for our stay. breakfast was really good and pool bar was with amazing vibe in evening. Excellent hotel with all modern amenities. Wide range of food choices especially for business people who often travel. Great hospitality and good ambience in affordable rates and attractive packages. Anyone visiting Aba must try Ibiza I strongly recommend especially the manager Mr Pankaj is very professional with his services. Thanks you team Ibiza for the wonderful experience

In Aba one of the best Hotel with good amenities with good hospitality, and lovely welcome for all with family as well as individual. Last visit i came with my wife and this vist came to the same hotel due to the GM Mr Roy's hospitality with their team. Appreciate the owner and I wish he has the hotels all over the world
