一對中國夫婦經營的完美民宿，房子收拾的非常漂亮，乾淨，早餐也豐盛。走到瀑布幾分鐘，走到白水漫步半小時，免費停車。疫情過後，我們是第一位入住的中國客人，老倆口特別熱情，感覺真親切。

Excellent! Found this little gem on a last minute trip to Niagara Falls. Beautifully clean and furnished, 2 minute walk to the water park, hotels, etc. So much nicer than staying in a tired hotel room as a couple with a 5 year old. We had the Cosy Suite, a 2 bed annexe and it was perfect. Lovely kitchen facilities, comfy beds, 2 x en-suites and tastefully decorated. Parking space included. We did self check in, and had a seamless stay. Would 100% recommend, really lovely place!

We spent one night in the Yellow room. A quirky room, as advertised, with a bath at the foot of the bed, but toilet separate within the room. The house and room were very clean and the mattress comfortable. The Air Conditioning set comfortably and no noise from it at all. It was amazing that we were steps away from hoards of people at the Falls on such a quiet street. Internet took a few tries to connect, but got working. Breakfast was plentiful. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, ham, fruits, granola and more. Lovely jazz music played during breakfast which made for a great a**osphere. Niagara Falls has become ridiculously expensive. Kevin and Anna will make sure you have a lovely stay. I would stay here again.

A 2 night stay in very quiet area only a 10 min stroll from Clifton Hill & the American Falls. Ideal for nighttime fireworks viewing. Stayed in green room. Quite small but bed very comfy. Bathroom tiny but modern with great shower & spotless. Didn’t want an impersonal room in one of the big chains so we were well satisfied. Breakfast plentiful & freshly cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value & lovely hosts.

Looking back, I can't say which we liked better. Niagara Falls or our home for one night. Kevin was an absolutely perfect host. We felt very comfortable and if we are ever in the area again, we will stay with Kevin again. I have rarely experienced such a loving host. Thank you for everything…

We loved staying at Ambiance! We were there two nights. Our room and bathroom were immaculately clean!! Both breakfasts were scrumptious! It was an easy walk down to the falls. I’m glad we didn’t stay at a big hotel amongst all the chaos. We stayed in cozy comfort.

We would stay at this B&B again and again. The location is great and within walking distance to the Falls attractions and restaurants. So, leave your car in the free, back parking lot and just walk. We enjoyed the warm welcome throughout our three-night stay. The B&B is spotless and quiet, and the breakfast is great. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day and there's even a small refrigerator to share. Thanks, Kevin for your kind hospitality.

Enjoyed our stay. Kevin, the host, tried to accommodate and came in early for breakfast so we could meet our tour. Highly recommend
