ホテルは比較的シンプルで、設備はそれほど多くありません。場所は便利で、観光スポットやレクリエーション施設のすぐ向かいにあります。ナイアガラの滝までは徒歩10分。

環境は清潔で衛生的で、場所はとても良く、周りにはレストランがたくさんあり、サービススタッフの態度は良く、ナイアガラの滝からもそれほど遠くないので、次回も泊まります。

滝にも近く、総合的にはかなり満足です！

色んなものの使い勝手が分かりにくかった。 取り扱いを書いてもらえると助かる。

ツインベッドルームに宿泊したが、値段の割に部屋が広くてよかった。エアコンの温度が調節できるのがよかった。ナイアガラの滝まで近く、周辺にはお土産屋さんやレストランが多くて便利だった。また、周辺は夜でもとても賑わっているのに、ホテルに入るととても静かで快適だった。 ドライヤーが送風は弱く、温度も低かった。アメニティはシャンプー、トリートメント、クレンジングジェル、ボディーローションがあったが、ボディーソープとハンドソープがなくて困った。シャンプーは髪がキシキシになった。持参することをおすすめする。

It's conveniently located near the heart of Niagara Falls, within walking distance to Clifton Hill. The hotel has been recently renovated, offering updated amenities, and the staff is very friendly. If you prefer onsite parking, be sure to call ahead to reserve a spot; otherwise, you may need to park offsite, about a 10-minute walk away. The offsite parking lots are clean, well-lit, and equipped with security cameras, though I didn't notice any onsite personnel. Overall, I would consider staying at this hotel again if given the chance.

The hotel was under construction for renovations but This was a nice property. Definitely worth the value of the room. We were able to see the American Falls very clearly from our room window. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Would definitely stay there again! Can't wait to see the finished hotel

This place never disappoints!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and go out of their way to help you out. The rooms have been renovated and are super clean and comfortable.

This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The parking was full so we had to park off site so that was an inconvenience. Also, the towels in the rooms are very small so that could be improved. Overall, a pretty good experience.

We have a good experience. The hotel has a great location and everything was really close, you can also walk to the Niagara Falls! So many restaurants and a lot of fun things to do with your family and kids!

Hotel is nice, but the elevators are super slow and overly crowded. Took almost 20 minutes before we could get on the elevator to go down to the hotel lobby
