I was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

The place and staffs are excellent, my kids loves to comeback again, but the rates are to highnin march break

Been before but this time way to busy! Too many children unsupervised, loud, obnoxious. Brought our own children and young kids in pool after 10pm soon loud our older children could not sleep. Kids running and screaming. Goofying off in Saunas. Pool is just outside of all family suites not seperate so be mindful of noise

Im very happy with all the service the only thing I wish breakfast had some fruit. The rest was wonderful! Thanks for everything!

It was a fine stay for one night... and not that far away from the Falls. Was it a little outdated - Yes, but it had cute feeling about it. I did also like that parking was included. (Even after reading reviews of break-ins, I felt that could happen anywhere.)

It was close proximity walking distance to all the main attractions that Niagara Falls has to offer. Breakfast times should be extended especially on long weekends. 9:30 for weekdays is way too early to stop serving. Weekends is 10 again extended these times would be much better.

Room was great. Although would prefer not to overlook the courtyard as noisy in morning due to breakfast

Very friendly staff, good breakfest and great distance to Clifton Hill. The rooms are a little out of date but they were clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

We stay here every year for our waterpark trip with the kids and we always have a blast! We did start off with a room that wasn’t to our satisfaction, however the staff was super accommodating and friendly and moved us to a new room right away! The hotel is outdated but it’s an older building, the rates are good, free parking and continental breakfast so we have realistic expectations.

Went for a really nice dinner at remmingtons and crossed the street to ****** Niagara to watch football game.Location is excellent

My family loves this hotel we always stay there. free parking,free breakfast , rooms are not all that bad close to walking to clitton hill

We have stayed here a few times now. The room is always clean, the staff are very nice, the breakfast is very good although perhaps adding bagels or english muffins along with the bread would make it even better. The location is very close to the ****** and attractions on Clifton Hill. We will be back!

Staff was polite and friendly. They make you feel welcome. The environment/room was very clean. Me and my family enjoyed our stay.
