Sono stato in questo hotel per 1 notte in coppia,,nel breve posso solo dire che è molto centrale e questa è l unica comodità ...Camera doppia n 19 da evitare assolutamente,,,minuscola finestre in legno tutte rotte e puzza di fogna,,, insomma da evitare. RECEPTION nella media e colazione nella media...

sono tornata a Nizza per l'ennesima volta per incontrare un'amica che vive lì e stavolta ho scelto di andare in hotel invece che alloggiare da lei, cosa di cui mi sono pentita subito. Unico pregio è che l'hotel è centrale e quindi vicino l'abitazione della mia amica, per il resto: camera puzzolente, appena apri la porta ti assale questo odore nauseabondo, la doccia ha un gradino altissimo, ho rischiato di farmi male.... su 4 notti ne ho dormite due per gli schiamazzi e i rumori degli altri clienti. La seconda volta che ho fatto presente la cosa alla reception ho notato che non hanno fatto nulla così sono dovuta scendere e far chiamare davanti a me i clienti maleducati per chiedere di smetterla. Davvero una brutta esperienza, pagata anche cara economicamente... mai più

Our expectations were already low for this hotel given past reviews, but we thought how bad could it be. How wrong we were. My friend and I are regular travelers abroad (she travels almost every month, and I every 3-4 months). This was the worst hotel in terms of quality and customer service we have stayed in in all of France. We stayed 3 nights. Do NOT stay here, even if it costs more $ to go somewhere else. 1) The night shift receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, 2) The room is dirty (fleas and potentially bed bugs, my friend and I both received multiple bites, absolutely disgusting), and 3) their sister hotel receptionist is ****** (said kinochiwa to us when we were simply walking on the street, minding our own business and definitely not Japanese). So unless you want to have your vacation severely disturbed, go somewhere else. (May I recommend the very nice Chateau we stayed in after in Cagnes sur Mer). There are so many bad parts of this hotel that I simply do not have enough characters for. - When we told the receptionist about our bug bites (day shift woman on 7/10), she only told us to checkout the pharmacy nearby. No apologies. - This hotel has an insanely small shower stall - Tiny elevator, can fit 2 people maximum shoulder to shoulder with 2 bags - Hotel receptionist (night shift on 7/8 and 7/9) was a strong contrast to the chief receptionist (7/8) who we had good interactions with. This night shift hotel receptionist was rude, even though he spent 45 minutes trying to get us to retract him saying he was rude. This was after we asked him for 2 towels. I won't go into every part of the excruciating 45 minutes, but he said "had we ever encountered rude people before? Because if we had, he would definitely not be considered rude." My friend and I thought this was ironic, and told him we definitely have experienced rudeness before, literally minutes before with konichiwa guy from the hotel a door down. That's when he started eagerly clutching at this story as a weapon against us, saying that must be the reason for us thinking he was rude. He said that if he saw this person himself, he will stand up for us and embarrass the guy for us. (as an aside, konichiwa guy walked into our hotel a couple minutes later to hang out, turns out they are friends! :) Receptionist did nothing, of course, surprise, surprise. There is no happy resolution to this story. The receptionist never apologized for his behavior. What pointless waste of time and money on our vacation.

The hotel is in a very sketchy area, and even cab drivers recommended not to stay there. The rooms were filled with stained furniture and linens. There were terrible smells coming from the washrooms. The shower faucets were falling off. There was no safe in the room.

Nous sommes venus sur la côte pour un week end en amoureux. Nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel pour 1 nuit : GROS POINTS NEGATIFS !! : - nous arrivons dans la chambre, vue sur la cour mais ce n'est pas une cour !! Mais plutôt une déchetterie!! Des poubelles, des outils mais surtout des RATS!! nous avons demandé un changement de chambre car la vue était dégoûtante! Nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une chambre plus petite avec une salle de bain assez vétuste. Par ailleurs, nous doutons que l'alèse du lit soit changé ou même secoué ! Nous avons fait remonté ces informations a la responsable et le souhait de rembourser les petits dej que nous souhaitons pas prendre sur place au vue de nos observations la veille et notre avis douteux sur l'hygiène. Une des Réponses de la responsable : les RATS ne rentrent pas dans la salle! (A croire qu'elle a su les dresser?)... nous attendons l'appel du directeur (si la communication passe, sinon nous espérons que ce commentaire les feront réagir pour améliorer tous ces points) Cela ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles!! Bref le seul point positif : la localisation en plein centre ville. Nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel.

This is an excellent hotel close to the railway station. The rooms are small but well equipped. The sleep was refreshing and uninterrupted. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Most of all we liked the night receptionist. It was the day before the Monaco GP so the whole district was heaving with people and accommodation prices had gone through the roof. We arrived at the same time as an agitated Asian American youth was checking in. Discovering that the lift wasn't working he was making an enormous fuss and expecting the duty manager to drop everything and schlep his two super-sized bags up to the 2nd floor. This would test anyone's patience. It did provide an amusing exchange after he'd disappeared. It was great to see that entitled mummy's boys don't always get their own way.
