パフォスにあるこのホテルは、海に最も近いホテルの一つです。朝は海辺の遊歩道を散歩できます。朝食は素晴らしく、特に決められた時間ではありません。私は午前6時と午前10時に朝食をとりました。

Location is perfect and central for access all the key places in Nicosia. The market, the border between north and south, coach access to go anywhere are all within walking distance. I will make sure to always stay at Cleopatra whenever I am in Cyprus. Thanks Cosmos for showing us how to go anywhere we ask to.

The building and rooms are good but the staff are the grumpiest I have met anywhere in the world. The man in the bar was extremely rude and when challenged he said that a customer had irritated him. The breakfast staff did not speak or smile. And the man at the reception was completely unwelcoming. The place needs a management rethink

Terrible hotel in Nicosia right on the intersection of about 4 noisy, busy roads. Very, very noisy and refusal to give us a quieter room. The room they transferred us to was just as noisy and they said they had no others. Just a terrible hotel for traffic noise. Otherwise we had no complaints, the room was OK, the service was reasonable, the bar lounge was nice. But don't stay here if you want peace and quiet. You will get the opposite, lots of loud traffic noise!

Stayed for three weeks in balcony room overlooking car park. Location. 5 minutes into old town, main shopping street closer. Good shops. Small corner store near, main supermarket in old town. Restaurants. Many, Good buffet, fish restaurant and Italian particularly good. Excellent cafe on corner. Noise. Quiet on 3rd floor. Room. Spacious, ok bathroom, Good AC. Comfortable bed. Good storage. Only news channels on TV, WiFi excellent supporting streaming. Cleanliness. Excellent. Security. Room safe. Public areas. Everywhere shows lack of investment, with the corridor carpet WAY past its sell by date. Pool area. The pool is large, but access to public at times, and general surrounding decay limit appeal. Breakfast. Standard, Good staff. Staff. Helpful, courteous. Hotel food. Bar menu only on our visit Would we stay again? Yes, but...

The location of Cleopatra Hotel is undoubtedly a strong point—it’s very well situated, close to the old part of Nicosia and centrally located in the city. Unfortunately, my overall experience was far from satisfactory. The service was poor, and the attitude of the manager/owner was especially disappointing. The hot water in my room didn’t work properly, which added to the discomfort. What was most frustrating was the way the hotel handled a personal item of mine. I brought my own iron for convenience, and on the second day, I returned to my room to find it missing. After searching, I found a written note from the hotel administration stating that if I wanted my iron back, I had to call them. When I did, they informed me that they had taken it because irons were not allowed in rooms. I asked to speak with the manager, as I felt it was completely unacceptable for someone to enter my room and take a personal belonging without my permission. The manager was very harsh and unapologetic. He insisted that hotel policy allows them to remove prohibited items at any time without informing the guest. He didn’t even offer a basic apology for the way the situation was handled. He told me I could only get my iron back at checkout—which made things even more inconvenient. He also told me I could use the hotel’s ironing room, which is supposedly open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The next morning, I called the receptionist at 7:00 am to check if the room was open. He said it would open at 7:30. I went there at 7:45, and it was still closed. After calling the front desk again, I was told it was open—but when I went back, it was still locked. I had to wait until 7:55 for it to finally open. Overall, the poor service, lack of basic hospitality, and intrusive behavior of the hotel staff made my stay very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values respect, privacy, and reliable service.

The location of the Cleopatra hotel is advantageous, within walking distance of the city center. The food at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and lunch was fine, and there was a nice selection of typical local food options. The hotel's downside is the very modest level of design and room amenities. Extremely plain bed and furniture in the room, no access to an iron and an iron board, only one available electric socket for charging devices. I would doubt if it stands within the criteria of a four-star standard. For a 3-star hotel I would recommend it, in light of its convenient location.

This place was a bit of a walk from town and quite dated, but when we needed to stay it was the nearest, affordable hotel, as most other options were sold out or super expensive. Rooms were similarly dated and economy style, but the pool looked quite nice. We paid £114 and that seemed a lot for this, although breakfast (very basic quality) was included.

To be fair the hotel looked amazing in the dark but when the morning light hit it looked totally different. However we found the food great and the chef lovely and he went out of his way to get me what I wanted.I work in catering too and understand the pressure he was under having to cater to a full plane at short notice and TBF I think he done an amazing job. He had a t shirt which said something like I I'm a chef I don't finish when I'm tired I finish when I'm done and I think, yes he did and yes he deserves praise for the job he done

Had to check in at this hotel after a flight cancellation. Must say that I've been in 3 star hotels much better than this one. To start with the pillows are too soft and you only get 1 extra in the wardrobe. Bed hard could feel the springs on my body and it was really squeaky. If you are coming as a couple bring your own toiletries and towels as only one set is provided. This is not a disabled friendly hotel as in the room where we stayed there was gap/step to both bathroom and balcony. Carpet in the corridors are well past date/use not easy to roll your suitcases. Breakfast and lunch without much choices...breakfast hard bread,cheese or ham (one choice),cereals or whatever you call the rest. Lunch not better unless you love salad and rice. As for desert watermelon,coffee cake and one other thing. Staff kept at the corner waiting for you to leave not even bothering taking your plate away. There was also a foul smell from reception toilets which was not very pleasant considering we were having 35 degrees Celsius. All in all will not recommend this hotel to no one as it has been the worse place I have ever stayed. Not a 4 star for sure!

Beware not to book on a third party website as they claimed they didn’t get a booking from bookings.com even though I showed them the email receipt Beds very uncomfortable and staff not competent- not a hotel I would recommend- especially bit for the price

Stayed 2 weeks in this hotel on office trip. Very nice and convenient location right in the centre of Nicosia. It is a 10 minutes walk to Ledra street and solomou square bus station for buses to Larnaca, Limassol,Aiya Napa etc. Lot of nice eateries around. Overall had a very comfortable stay at the hotel

I was here for a short business trip, and it was a great stay. I would recommend to others. The location is central, the food is delicious, staff is friendly, and hotel itself is beautiful. You can't ask for a nicer experience on a business trip.

Very nice hotel. They allowed us to leave our car for an extra day while we went to Kyrenia and Famagusta. They have a nice underground garage. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. Good breakfast. The location is great, close to everything from the Ledra Street crossing to the city museums.
