Everything was good! The staff was friendly and the location was good.

酒店房間可以，可以做飯，就是退按金賊慢，10號退的宿30號按金才退到賬，然後WiFi網絡差的一匹，看個視頻120k，看5s緩沖1s，酒店早餐單一，

設施完善，有健身房，泳池，但是辦理入住時間pos機出了問題，讓我們等了比較久，算是一點瑕疵，另外攜程上直接付款比到店付款便宜，哈哈哈哈

주변에 먹을거리도 많고, 숙소가 깔끔해서 편안히 잘 머물다 갑니다. 긴급한 일정변경에도 빨리 대응해주셔서 감사합니다.

This hotel was great and the staff was super friendly! I had to stay here for 4 months on a business trip and everything was super clean but most importantly for a single women like me very safe! I would definitely recommend staying here either for long business trips or just a girls shopping weekend considering it’s connected to the mall! You guys were great! Thank you again!

I lodged at this property for about two weeks while handling some family business in the area. It was my first time at this hotel and was beyond happy with my choice. The staff from introduction at the desk and housekeeping and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and professional. I slept soundly with no noise and comfortable bedding and started each day with the breakfast that was complimentary and offered choices for anyone, including those with different dietary needs. Thank you for an exceptional stay your hotel; I will return when I visit my hometown in the future.

The BEST service I have ever received at any Marriott. Huge shout out to Nicole Carnevale to make a crazy day feel calm and relaxing. She not only was kind but also made the experience smooth and can tell she cared about all the guest. I would recommend this location highly! The room was clean and all asked accommodations were made that were requested. I was welcomes with a hand written note thanking me for coming back as well as a cute thank you bag. I travel a ton with my work and truly the best customer service and clean hotel.

Tanisha provided excellent service. Next time I’m in town I’ll stay at this location purely based on the service she provided. Job well done!!! She would always ask didn’t need anything and provided excellent service when I needed assistance.

Don't let the fact that this hotel is geared for more long-term stays keep you from spending just a couple of nights. If you like big, comfortable rooms, with a full kitchen, and even utensils, (and detergent for your dish washer, yes it has a dish washer) then if you get a chance to stay you should. The hotel is one of the cleanest, freshest, and most-welcoming I have stayed at in ages. The staff seem genuinely happy to see and host you. The lobby is a quick glimpse of the hospitality to come, with great places to lounge and gather, and should the weather agree an outside fire pit adds to the feel. Then to be offered a great, real, full choice of a hot breakfast as included, and your day, no matter what is planned will start out right. I was only there for two nights, and I love the fact that when I left, I had a 'wish I could stay longer' (or live there) feeling.

Everyone was amazing and very friendly and outgoing. What ever I needed they were very quick to help out in anyway. Veronica, my house keeper while I was there went out of her way to maintain my room. Everything was always neat, clean, and filled. The staff is top notch

Excellent staff day at the front desk, Dee at front desk especially welcoming, very very clean and hard-working staff would highly recommend for any reason. Cater to dogs with dedicated areas like I have never seen before. In for a Scrappers game which was well done, Great area with restaurants and retail shopping.

I love the Residence Inn. It’s always my 1st choice when i’m in town. My latest stay did not disappoint. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The accommodations were nice & clean. The hallways had a wonderful smell to them. The pool is big with a hot tub as well. The breakfast staff was amazing. The even gave me a gift bag at check in & allowed me to spin a prize wheel to receive additional Marriott points. Wonderful idea !

As a Platinum elite member, I booked this room for my son and now daughter-in-law who were just married. When they arrived in the room, there were roses, chocolates, and a bottle of champagne. I never asked for any of this but the thoughtfulness of the staff took it upon themselves to do this. Thank you to everyone including Dee, Alyssa, housekeeping staff, and breakfast crew for making my son and daughter-in-law's overnight stay a memorable time! The staff here is truly raising the bar for exceptional hospitality!

Our stay was so nice! The hotel is so nice and the staff was amazing! Everything from the room, service, and breakfast was great! The hotel was so clean and the pool and gym were so nice. Carrie made us feel so welcomed and I will definitely be back!
