The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it.

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.

Lovely hotel snuggled into a green hill by the northside of Dongqian lake. Staff were kind and attentive. Fantastic spacious bathroom with big tub. I think my favourite bit of our productive but also restful work stay was sitting on the balcony and seeing several birds - but hard to say - it was a very good hotel experience overall.

Really nice, very quiet during the week. Lovely walks nearby. Good hospitality. Would be great if the courtyards had reclining chairs and tables.

Room is clean and comfortable. The facilities and area around the hotel are beautiful. Dining options for lunch and dinner are limited.

酒店是一整個別墅區，依山傍水。工作人員很熱情。入住主要途徑三個區域： 1️⃣酒店大堂：到達辦理入住與離店退房的必經之地，餐廳也在其二樓。辦理入住吃完飯之後可聯繫工作人員開擺渡車送達園內指定位置 2️⃣客房：一棟棟小別墅，大多是兩層建築，一樓有小花園二樓有陽台。床墊舒適，淋浴浴缸齊全，配備了智能馬桶，電視也支持投屏播放 3️⃣温泉區：温泉區也是獨立存在，可聯繫乘擺渡車到達。室內温泉區略顯單一，衹有一個大池子和幾張水流按摩床；室外有不同種類的小池子，其中**皮的小魚池單獨收費。冬季泡室外換池子的路上多批點浴巾太冷了。返回室內樓上還有桑拿與休息大廳 酒店還有旅拍服務，攝影老師全程認真跟拍，現場提供精修

寧波東錢湖山水君瀾度假酒店，是藏在湖光山色裏的度假好去處。酒店新中式風格，迴廊繞着竹影和枯山水庭院，隨手拍都很出片 服務貼心，客間寬敞，半山氟泉18座湯池依着山建，泡在暖湯裏看東錢湖波光粼粼，治癒感拉滿。

這次行程主要是衝著酒店的半山湯泉而來，在寒冷的冬天泡個温泉還是很愜意的，室外湯泉大概十多個。湯泉結束後可以去三樓的休息廳，但三樓可玩的項目不多，水果較少，其餘要另外付費。酒店去湯泉是需要短距離的接駁車接送的。值得一提的是，酒店前台非常友善，離店時車鑰匙突然沒電了，前台人員非送了一枚鈕釦電池解了我們燃眉之急。 另外還約了訂單套餐裏的旅拍，給小朋友拍歲照，攝影師阿祥準時又耐心，給小朋友的拍攝增添了很多趣味，最後選片時溝通也很愉快。

房型是獨棟別墅，帶私湯在室內，沒有露台；因為在半山，大件行李出入比較麻煩。風景秀麗宜人，離東錢湖景區也不遠。cheking時房間沒整理出來送了份下午茶，出品還可以。早餐普通規矩，沒有什麼特色。餐廳沒體驗，不過宵夜時段可以送上門。 總體體驗不錯，適合來放空休息。

不愧是寧波排名第二的温泉度假酒店，感覺住一晚時間有點倉促了，總體感覺酒店服務還是非常到位的，到店就添加管家的微信，管家響應速度非常快，而且前台的服務員服務也很在線。泡湯的湯池也挺多的，在室外的半山腰上挺有感覺。就是泡完温泉，室內的配套設施還需要加強一下，沖好澡出來，枱面上的配套用品還是比較欠缺，衹配了紙巾，棉簽，吹風機，相應的身體乳啊，潤膚乳啊，我覺得也可以適當配備一些。整個酒店的氛圍也很舒服，悠閑自在，靠着東錢湖多住幾天，絕對的放鬆好去處。

住的森林湯墅房間，床上用品很舒服，包含一個房間內私湯，泡澡很舒服。 尊享藝術旅拍45分鐘（贈3張照片，含1張精修）:旅拍攝影師-木香拍的挺好。 早餐品種略少，可選的內容不多，這個價位的酒店裡比較一般。
