Nice hotel.very clean Very friendly and helpful staff Service at the restaurant is good. Well situated Unfortunately the time they come to check on guest in their respective room is not appropriate 11pm Food is good but need varieties of continental food as well.

Very very very poor property of the Land Of Jannat Kashmir !!! This hotel room doesn’t have working plugs for charging. Very poor quality of rooms & walls are also have seepage. No proper-paint work even done. Guest house shall be batter than these kind of hotels

The room service and the hospitality of the hotel is exceptional. The food was homely and good. The rooms were also neat and clean. We really enjoyed our hotel stay and would recommend others to try this place.

Excellent hotel. Great service. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast and Dinner was delicious and with ***y choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The room was furnished with 24/7 hot and cold Split AC and hot water. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to tourist spots. The location is great. I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Srinagar.

Fantastic stay with my family and one thing food is awesome and room size is huge terrace garden on first floor having best snow Mountain View room amenities like premium taste staff was helpful every time they was ready to serve this was memorable tour for us… Visit Zaryab once you are in Srinagar

It was our last day in srinagar n i must tell you that this hotel is so comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. They upgraded our room to family suite which is really nice of him . Food is great and kids were very happy with the staff! Thank you for making our last day memorable!

This is the worst hotel in Srinagar. The staff is very rude and half the time they are not there in the hotel. I arrived to the hotel with no staff sitting at the reception. There is no lift and their so called best rooms are located on 3rd floor. The rooms are very filthy and dirty. Spider webs everywhere and stains on the bedsheets, pillows, furniture etc. The location is inside a very tiny road. Never choose this hotel and it’s easily one of the filthiest hotel I have seen.

Hi, over all hotel is good and food is also good. Only problem is white wash in room was not upto the mark. Over all hotel area, location, peace, clean room, tasty quality food. Must visit. The hotel is near nishat bagh and shalimar garden. The main dal attraction is far from the hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever booked. Pathetic location too far from city hub. The behaviour of staff is totally Rude. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever booked. All wastage of money. Will never recommend anyone to stay there.
