服務超好，早餐因為走的太早沒時間吃所以給貼心的準備了免費的box breakfast，很棒。房間視野很好，晚霞漂亮。

位置方便，泳池很棒。

房間乾淨整潔，離機場很近，有來回班車接送，很方便

We waited for the free airport shuttle and it never came. The front desk person could not get a hold of the driver and kept telling us that the shuttle will be here any minute. Those who booked the shuttle all ended up taking UBERs to the airport to make flights. Poor service.

Unfortunately I don’t think my room was properly cleaned before I arrived. The quilt had a super strong smell like they just sprayed febreeze on it or it was lingering perfume from previous guests. Floor had debris on it and was obviously not vacuumed. Nice hotel but lacking on the proper cleaning.

We had such a great short stay at this hotel. We stayed here enroute to YEG for a family holiday. They offered a good rate to just keep our car there, offered a free quick shuttle to the airport & we received wonderful service at the front desk. Highly recommend!

Please make it clear on the price for long term parking on the website. Include price for parking in room options

We like the convenience of its location. To the parking at the airport and shopping . Always quiet clean.Staff is always friendly

Staff is always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Room was welcoming in appearance. Bed was excellent and extremely comfortable. Pillows are amazing. Good lighting in room. Ground floor. Easily accessible and very well laid out. We look forward to our next stay.
