ベストウェスタン ソノラ イン & スイーツ(Best Western Sonora Inn Suites)

Best Western Sonora Inn & Suites was the perfect and most convenient location from the border for my scheduled Global Entry appointment with the Customs & Border Protection agency. Front desk service was excellent, and check-in was seamless and efficient. I had requested for a specific type of room in advance, and it was accommodated to a tee. Breakfast was hot with a wide selection of pastries, yoghurts and fruits. The room was large, clean and had the usual Best Western amenities I expect, to include a microwave, refrigerator and fast internet. I would definitely stay here if I'm back in this area again.

*******, apple maps, google maps has said pets welcome which is why we choose this place and on our second day there we were informed they were not pet friendly and we would have to leave or pay an extra $200 dollars, which had un stressed looking for another hotel on short notice when we had to be ready for a wedding People had seen the dogs the afternoon before and no one had said anything till the next day

Staff was friendly, responsive and professional. The room I stayed in was fairly large. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were small. Internet connection was stable, but somewhat slow. Overall, at or above what you'd expect for this kind of hotel.

Upon checkin we didn't get the room we paid for, we paid for an oversized room and the girl at front desk gave us a regular 2 queen beds. When we asked she thats what the computer gave her. Then the gave us 2 room keys and told us to pick a room from the 2. Well one of the room did happen to be the oversized room. Not to mention the first room given (202) door was slightly open. Thats a safety issue.

The room was huge. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet. Will stay here again.

Conveniently located for border crossing. Limited restaurant choices in close proximity. Good breakfast included with the stay.

Everything was great in this newer, clean, friendly hotel

Large rooms, the satelite was having issues and the tv was really small compared to room size, but minor issues.

Everything was perfect except we constantly had to have our key cards renewed.
