beautiful view from the hotel room! while it’s convenient and close to the port, can be inconvenient to order grab/grabfood to the hotel.

Overall not a bad stay for a beach/seaside resort, with huge winds and sunny sunlight. Recommended for a short stay, distance from food and amenities biggest concerns other than that perfect, just don’t be picky.

We booked 3 rooms and had a spooky night in room number 341. Because the hotel we stayed in was at the end of the resort, next to the forest. In the middle of the night, I heard something crawling on the door curtain, the sound kept making, and I saw the black shadow slide down and disappear. Soon the crawling sound came out again, as if something was about to crawl out, and we stared intently at the curtain. Did not see anything appear. The next day, we asked to change rooms, but they said that the hotel was full and could not change rooms. They could only help us check what was wrong with the room. We were annoyed that there were ghosts. Finally they agreed to change a small room for us. Out of frustration, we can only change to a small room. Horrible night. The bed sheet also dirty!!

Location is secluded. Unable to get Grabcar. Room is infested with giant ants. Service is 0, waited for 20 minutes yet luggage assistance still not arrived.

Quite disappointed this time staying there as i use to stay there few years back but is all different now, Rooms not tidy before we stay in, did not clear the rubbish bin as the previous users left their panties and also cigarette inside the bin but not clear, shower head problem and aircon is not working, although they come and fix it, but still not working...Restaurant having breakfast can see all the plates and cups is not clean enough as you can see dirt and stain around...

I decided to book this resort after reading sone good reviews but it was disappointing. Starting with checkin which took a lot of time because the room was not ready. Then one of the rooms that we booked(beach view) was not available and we were given a different room. Room was not well cleaned as well. Ants in room, towels with sone sort of paint, lady at the reception wasn’t too helpful. Beach and pool were good. Just felt like the property was not well maintained. I was hoping for a much better experience.

The hotel is ideally located a few minutes from the Nonga Ferry (40 minutes from Singapore). The Resort must have been magnificent before but it seems to have been forgotten by the management and its investors. Although the staff is very friendly the hotel is dilapidated with dirty and unironed sheets. Dirty bathrooms too. Not to mention the smell of cigarettes in some rooms. We had to change rooms twice. The outdoor areas are very nice but not well maintained with lots of rubbish in the square and lots of cigarette butts around the pool. The resort must have had many shops which are now closed with abandoned premises in full view of all. This Resort must have had a golden age which unfortunately passed long ago. The Resort is efficient for a last minute trip from Singapore but don't expect anything extraordinary. The photos reflect the quality of the place several years ago but not at all the current state
