The handicapped accessible room has a tub instead of a shower and is very far fro. the elevator. Should not be called an accessible room.

The hotel itself was great and check in was super quick and easy. The only drawback was the security deposit. Normally, most deposits are between $50.00 - $100.00 but this one was $150.00. Which wouldn't normally be a problem, but the amount was never disclosed at check in nor was it located on any of the paperwork i received. I would've used a different payment method if i had known the amount and that it could take up to 7 business days to have it drop off of my account.

Our stay was good. There were a few things that could be improved on. We did have to reach out to obtain towels as the room only had three for a suite that slept 6, pool towels, and linens for the sleep sofa. Housekeeping was quick to respond. There was only one hook to hang used towels for 6 people. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing. No pastries or pancakes or waffles, only corn flakes for cereal, no cream cheese for the bagels.

When we got there, there was trash in the sofa bed. We had to call the front desk to send someone to clean it. There was also a hole in the bedroom door, the bathroom sink was loose and there was also stains on the sheets. I expected much more of the residents as it is a Marriott brand. Anyway, once we inform the front desk of the issues, they were more than happy to come and address those issues.

Great staff. They had waffle and pancakes the first two days and then the rest of our 5 day stay no waffle or pancakes.
