Residence Inn Charleston Airport

The room was very spacious and clean. With the front manager being an absolute genuine and kind person, I felt like my accommodation from check in to check out was a wonderful experience. I plan on staying here again on my next visit in town.

Room was clean and spacious, the grounds of the hotel were dirty with an over flowing trash can right at the side entry. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect for a weekend getaway with family. We were close to the Tanger Outlet mall and plenty of restaurants.

My husband and I had a great time. We came to the area to take a break from work, and we are so glad we chose this location. We will definitely be back!

No towels in the room, had to go down to front desk to get it because no one will get it to us. Garbage in the bathroom.

Professional, friendly, helpful staff, obviously proud of their hotel. Just wish I knew what the brand of the mattress was...I want one!

We booked through a third party site as i always do (better rates) When we got checked in the manager on duty said the only room he had available was a hearing impaired room, because guests with "higher status take priority" I understand, but you probably shouldnt say that to a guest. We got into the room and had no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch so back to the desk I go with my children. Our room was the first room next to the side entrance (now i know why it is for the hearing impaired) we heard everything. There was no instructions on when breakfast was, where the pool was, internet information, check out time...nothing. The conversation was literally the sentence above. Not the worst but certainly not the best.
