ヤンキー クリッパー イン(Yankee Clipper Inn)

Was a great place to stay but the breakfast was limited and there was no amenities. It was clean and would stay there again in the near future….

This place was a complete **** hole. The pictures advertised are old and from back in it's glory. It was dirty both inside and out. There was no restaurant, no functioning pool or other amenities. I thought it was a vacant motel as we were arriving, no cars out front and BAGS or trash all over the parking lot. We immediately asked for a refund which they told me I would get but it would take a few days. The refund hasn't arrived yet.

This was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed it. It was clean, updated and quiet. They are under renovation, but wouldn’t know and it seems it’s going to be even better once finished. Can’t wait to go back!

No room service, had to get towels everyday at the front desk even though we had the room service sign on the door.

We stayed for 2 nights. It was very convenient to walk for dining and shopping. Room was clean and owner was friendly. Will stay again.

Limited check-in times which was buried in the ad and not mentioned in the confirmation email. 5 different phone numbers and no one routinely answers, just a voicemail. One number was a fax number, not a phone number. The front desk attendant, who was nice, is barely at the front desk because she's doing the building maintenance and running the cleaning crew. The room door has no weather seal, and the building stars are dilaitated and broken. I expected a few issues as it's an independent motel, but not being able to check-in was the worse part.

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they were limited in their ability to provide great customer service. Hair dryers are not provided. This was unexpected as hair dryers have become an expected amenity in even relatively bare bones accommodation. They did not have a rollaway bed available either. While taking a very quick shower, the water temperature fluctuates greatly. A great deal of noise from the hall and outside could be heard in the room as well.

Was on my ski trip, stayed couple of days, room was clean, had restful sleep, easy parking, friendly staff, do recommend. Thank you

Staff at front desk was great. Room is very nice. Looks remodeled. Shower pressure was great. Bed was good and pillows were ok. But hall way need updating. But for price was good for the one night we stayed.
