Apart from cleanliness and location, what needs to be badly upgraded is the service here.
The communication between the staff is bad. There’s no proper passover when my room needs an attention.
I have to repeat myself 3 times again and again.
I believe there should be a proper way of handling certain matters.
Staff at restaurant, they need a proper training I believe.
Even when we speak in Bahasa or English, they seem clueless.
I do not want to mention names here but they really need a proper guidelines and training.
At both days during our breakfast, the order came completely wrong.
We prayed twice and thrice but it does not made any difference.
Good place but sadly the attitude of the staff pulled down experience stayed there.
L'hotel est correct personnel bienveillant et souriant.

La connexion internet est faible et le contact WhatsApp ( roomservice) ne répond jamais.
