Yes Jonessia has a great personality she is great. The issue I had was the room smell like mold I turn on the bathroom lights behind the towel it was blood on the wall. For the motel to be in a great spot it was like the people did not keep up with it they just let it run down. I was like ok it is what it is but when it was time to get ice and heat up my food that was a big deal breaker how is the lobby filthy. When all yall work in it that’s a shame nobody come out to check the ice or clean the microwave like WTH is this. They all should be ashamed of yourselves for leaving your workplace like that. Where’s the exterminator. I was not going to say anything but that was really a deal breaker besides the room smelling like mold.

Do not stay here! Place was filthy and had to walk out of the hotel and couldn’t even stay one night here. Lights flicking and walls were dirty.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this motel. When I arrived, I had to wait outside because the entrance door only opens when someone with a key enters or exits. Eventually, someone let me in. I went to the front desk, where the staff member was on her phone. At first, I thought she was busy, but she didn’t even acknowledge me or greet me as a customer. I explained that I had a reservation and asked to see the room before checking in. She informed me that the person responsible for showing rooms was not available, and that I would have to pay a $100 deposit before seeing the room. I asked her to cancel my reservation, but she refused. I then tried to cancel it myself through Trip.com, but my request was rejected several times. As a result, I had no choice but to book a different hotel and leave. I will never recommend this motel or the booking site. It's clear that they prioritize money over customer satisfaction.

Let’s start off with customer service , the Hispanic lady at the desk was very disrespectful! And making faces at customers when they ask her questions. The first room I was given the door wouldn’t lock so of course they gave me another room , and the second room I found a molded spoon in my AC unit causing me to have nose bleeds in my sleep. Also the water wasn’t working on 10/24/24 , what hotel water doesn’t work ????? In the photo you will see the handle is up but no water is coming out.

I booked the room for me to say @12::07am so I could go to get some sleep they said I couldn’t check in till 4pm so I had to pay again to book the room my self check out at 11am then went to the front desk told them to hold my deposit for the check in a 4pm by 2pm they sent my deposit back and I had to book it all over again so I didn’t get it and a waste of money

NEVER!NEVER take this hotel!!!! It is better to live in a box on the street than in this disgusting hotel. Besides, your money will not be returned, read all the reviews first, there is not a single good review here. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! TRASH DUMP! TRASH DUMP!

Terrible experiencia; es un edificio en decadencia: las habitaciones con muebles viejisimos que se les ha levantado la capa o melamina. Telefonos de cuarto sucios. El elevador hace ruido y pareciera que fallara pronto y podria causar un desastre. La atencion en recepcios es terrible. Bombillas en el cuarto quemada y los toma corrientes flojos. Me queda dos noches... el segundo día no fueron a limpiar el cuarto, no pusieron toallas, no hicieron la cama no nada, y para el colmo de malas, una cucaracha en la mesa de noche. El hotel parece estar dirigidos a personas que no tienen donde quedarse ya que hay muchas personas que parecen estar en condicion de calle y cuando me ingrese justo desalojaban a una mujer por no poder oagar la noche. Creo que este alojamiento no deberia estar en Trip.com. si tiene la oportunidad de quedarse aqui, evitenla.
