Bahama Sands Condos

Had a ton of issues with the check-in process, usally dont have issues but this time was a total nightmare

This unit was very clean and spacious. Ocean front view and quiet. This was our third time staying at Bahama Sands and we plan on returning

Amazing beach view. Only downfall was the indoor pool was closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was freezing!

This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose, so no package by the time we left. Highly recommend another unit here. Windows also need to be cleaned in order to see the ocean view from the side.

The room was clean. Check in was excellent arrived early and let me check in early with no issues. The view was great. Would highly recommended this unit and location

Room and facilities are fantastic. Only 2 complaints, neither of which is specific to the unit we booked. First, we booked a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 10 people. The complex only allows 2 parking spaces. My opinion is that 2 spaces is not enough for a 3 bedroom unit. Second complaint is that the workout room wa set at 76°F. Way to warm for working out.

Loved the condo facility. Location is great. Parking is tight, but doable. Excellent view. Elevators are fast. Only negative was check in experience. The email had door code to condo, but omitted the building code. Must have a different code to enter the building from pkg lot. We were lucky to get it from another guest as they left. No on-site personnel, so we would have been stuck.

I found the furnishings in need of a good refurbishing. The carpet or rug under the dining table was dingy brown in color needed to be cleaned or replaced. The tables throughout were scratched across the surface showing much wear. There were multiple places where paint was peeling. And the refrigerator rocked every time I opened it. I was very unsatisfied. I’m considering going directly to the hotel or resort for future trips because this is the second time I’ve experienced this kind of situation planning my trip with this website.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Room was close to the elevator and easy access to pool and lazy river. Prefect if you have children.
