Worst place to stay, nothing worked, unfriendliest staff especially front desk. Will avoid definitely. Worst experience of my life

Grubby. Dead roach in the bathroom when I walked in. Deadbolt for door didn’t work. Strong odor of ********* in the hallways of non-smoking floor. This motel has seen better days.

The place is run down and smells horrible, there was mold on the tub area and the bedding was full of stains

Our first room had a one foot cut on the ceiling and was dripping. The second room was clean but smelled of smoke and the doors would not close properly. In the morning my daughter and I left and were cornered by a man leaving the room we would have had the night before followed by two ladies of the night and a guard. They were yelling about accusations of the man hitting one of the girls who admitted to being sax workers and asked us to call the police. This was under cameras so we had no worry to call the police and get in the middle as soon as there was distance between the men and women. I suggested they contact the desk who had camera access to help make a report. My daughter and I quickly left and would never recommend this dirty place. The staff were the only decent thing.

This Hotel needs to be upgraded and cleaned Room was full of water damage and dirt on floor nor swept or cleaned at all Bedding was clean Bathroom sink handle came off when turned on knobs fell off dresser when trying to open not adequate towels or wash clothes not adequate continental breakfast Staff were seemingly nice

Hallways were very dirty and smelled disgusting. When I got to the room it was filthy, and there were bed bugs literally on the pillow. I took photos. I went straight to the front desk to ask for a refund. He was very unhelpful and told me I have to contact ******* to get a refund. When speaking to ******* they tried to contact the front desk to ask for a refund, they were told the clerk couldn’t authorize it. When they tried to call back a second time the hotel wouldn’t answer. I’m still waiting to find out if ******* can get a refund, but the hotel is less than helpful. This place is filthy. Do not stay here.

Wake up call came in one hour late. No lids for morning coffee. Very sp**** breakfast. Minimal truck stop type of motel. For $189 per night, one would and should expect more. The night clerk/manager responded quickly when I told him the fire alarm was going off in my room and though he was courteous, he shrugged his shoulders when I asked him for which local restaurants delivered and motioned his thumbs over his mobile phone to indicate I should look them up. Basic impression: my presence or patronage didn’t seem to matter at all. I will avoid this facility and recommend to others to do themselves a favor and find another.

Inside of the Building is infested with roaches. Inside of the Building smells like cigarette smoke despite being a family hotel with alot of children residing.

Property was OK for the price but very noisy right into the early hours, people do not seem to realize what time it is!!!
