Great dining experience. Fantastic view from the top. Friendly staffs. Especially mr Ricky who always ready to help us. Recommended. It's just that the trip to get there is quite challenging. But the view is very pretty and refreshing. So it'll be worth it.

Good n prompt service, nice n clean hotel, comfortable and more than enough spaces for 10 people, suitable for big group looking for quiet time away from the city. The location is deep inside, can be reached even using mini bus...

The first impression was WOW! Ubud vibes only 60mins from the city (if no traffic jam here and there). We definitely fell in love with the serene atmosphere of the villa. We stayed in 3 floors Grand Narendra with 2 bed rooms. The villa was clean and properly maintained with complete kitchen utensils. If you are too lazy to order foods from outside, you may bring your own packed meals since they provide electric stove and microwave. We also delighted by the service from all staffs (Kang Asep and team) they were great and very helpful. We found a hidden gem! Surely will have another stay at Villa Puncak by Plataran.

Went there with my elderly parents and toddler for a quick gateway. My toddler love the river, rice paddy and quickly collecting lots of small animals. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. My brother has left his charger in one of the room and the staff (Vicky) willing to arrange for the return. One note for improvement though is the unstable wifi. Had a great time and will come back.

Superb villa, there are 5 rooms with prvate pool and priceless view of pine forest from our room also private bbq party not to mentioned superb hospitality 😄🙏 highly recommended. The crews helped us to dothe bbq and they cleaned all the messed we create after the pinata party with balloons 🤣

Spacious villa with wonderful view, love the balcony and open air setting. The surrounding is also beautiful, found it very relaxing to just walk around the villa. The property is also clean with very helpful staff

After an extensive search for the perfect Puncak villa for a family gathering, we found Villa Puncak by Plataran which checks all the boxes: - well designed villas - set in its own valley with mature trees, flowing river and nicely designed gardens - clean and maintained - excellent service from attentive staff - large with 5 bedrooms, functioning kitchen and private pool - not too far up the mountain We ended our two night stay with a bbq dinner set up on the terrace complete with fairy lights. Overall an effortless getaway from the city thanks to good service and an excellent property. Villa Kalyana and Founder's Home are good choices. Our thanks to pak Fauzi, mang Asep and all the staff who went above and beyond make our stay memorable.

A good place to spend weekend with family (and friends). Spacious, classic, good ambience, quiet, and instagramable... 5 cozy rooms, big kitchen, and clean bathrooms. # the stars should be 4,5 out of 5,0

We really enjoyed our time in the Grand Narendra villa. I have given full points for the property they have maintained and nature around, which kind of covers for all minor points. Its good place for get together with friends and family. Its middle of crowded area, but when we enter you just comes in middle of pure nature. Pros: - Check in was smooth, you can literally park your car in the front of the villa. Please be careful its very narrow road, avoid sedan if you can. - Nature at its best, the tress out the villa (Grand Narendra) are very tall, also the garden area with Ganesha statue was amazing sight. - You just own small mountain where there is villa in the middle, with river flowing in the front, with rice fields etc. - Grand Narendra villa I would say has best view. It has living room and Kitchen on top floor from where you enter, 2 nd floor is master bedroom with living area and 1 st floor is another bedroom. All floors have balcony with nice view. Cons: - They didnt take the ID card while checkin or asked for Vaccine - Food/breakfast is not good, they get it from another hotel nearby. - Kitchen was not cleaned well
