住了很多次 很滿意

it’s a nice place, but the front desk does not have good customer service.

Safe area

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and my stay here with my family. Wish the traffic noise outside the hotel was a little quieter, but I would stay here again. Location was easy drive to Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge and many restaurants were within walking distance.

不是很豪華，但住起來蠻舒服的，從卡皮拉諾吊橋公園步行約20分鐘就能到達，如果住一兩晚可以考慮，且附早餐，基本上是優格、餅乾、麥片、牛奶、吐司、火腿….

Like my stay

Good location for what we wanted to do. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was ok, mostly carbs, no hot proteins like eggs or sausage, some cold deli ham, some bananas and apples.

Overall good….breakfast could be better with addition of Indian cuisines….not bad indeed

One worker at the front desk was very rude, probably doesn't want to be here

Smelt like an ashtray but claimed it was a non smoker room. Bed was super uncomfortable

Great Location. Under renovations. Bed and linen quality very poor. Needs new carpet, drapes and complete reno for the prices charged.

We have been staying here for years and the staff were always wonderful. This time the staff were not very friendly at all in the kitchen or around the grounds. There was half a roll of toilet paper in our room - no extra. TV wasn't working properly and is about the size of a computer monitor!
