Clean inside hotel room. Unfortunately the sounds of washing machines started at 4am so that’s when we woke up. The washing machine noises continued until we left at 8:45am. The vent/fan in the bathroom didn’t work. A part to the coffeemaker (top cover) was missing.

Room was decorated nicely, but you can see the property itself needs upgrading. The columns that hold up the second floor balcony are rotting. So are the cement stairs. Stairwells and outdoor hallways have very insufficient lighting to the point of being dangerous. Pool not opened!!! Microwave didnt work. Staff was very nice. I won't return.

The hotel was dirty and in disrepair. The sofa bed that we needed to use because we are a family of five was dirty and broken down. The kitchen wasn't stocked with basic items that were needed to even make macaroni and cheese. The curtains were torn, the cupboard doors were falling off hinges, and the hotel was dingy and in need of a lot of work. The elevator hadn't been inspected in over three years. I didn't feel safe in the room or on the property. The breakfast was ok, and there were good food options a short drive away. However, I would never stay at this hotel again.

Convenient location, clean room and facilities, comfortable bed. Check-in staff not knowledgeable about computer system so took a long time (very apologetic, though). Building is not in good shape, lots of rust on railings, crumbling trim. Low-mobility access: ample ramps but only one elevator at one end of the building, so getting to the room was challenging since it was on the other end. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The property is under major renovation. It felt like we weren't supposed to be there with every other hotel room door wide open as we walked the hall to our room. The room had some cleanliness issues. There was fuzzy mold on the sprinkler system in the bathroom and a random homemade pill on the desk chair. The heating system was confusing because there were two thermostats that looked operable but only one worked.

I did not like the quality or variety of the breakfast offered. The eggs and sausage seemed to be very processed. Would have preferred more healthy options like (unsweetened) oa**eal and fruit.

Locks on room doors did not work properly, courtains were not wide enough to close the entire window. Towel hanger was broken

It felt old, worn out, slightly smelly, the lights in the bathroom made lots of noise, the towels were in bags. The beds and pillows were ok.

A good location for Smith College visits. The rooms have been recently redone and are pleasant. It is a motel.
