Excellent location, the resort is part of the jungle. accommodation in bungalows is excellent, great privacy and no disturbance from neighbours. The gardens are spectacular with beautiful nature, there are also several water bodies with fish.

What a great find this was! Not where we originally planned to stay but glad we did - and we ended up staying longer than planned. Great rooms, loads of space, lovely gardens, super little beach, lovely pool, great food and the best staff! Entertainment was good, no sign of mosquitos but plenty of gheko, lizards and snakes - all in all a great place to stay :-)

After flying from Antananarivo and the long drive in the dark across Nosy Be, we were greeted with fresh coconut water in the coconut. Perfect. I had chosen to pay a little extra for an ocean view cabin (#8 I think). Absolutely worthwhile. We could hear the ocean and had private lounge chairs and a stunning view of sunsets. The room was fabulous. The downsides were that breakfast wasn't always ready when we needed it. Juice and yogurt were overly sweetened. Pastries and bread weren't always fresh. But the big issue was that the ONLY CHOICE for dinner was a massive buffet. My daughter is vegetarian and there was not much on the buffet for her. I didn't have much appetite and didn't want a buffet. I wanted something light. Not an option. So we ate nothing. The bar had some good drinks, especially the ginger one.

Breakfast is simply out of this world, with a vast array of delicious choices, you'll be in heaven. We also indulged in the spa, experiencing a truly fantastic massage. Just strolling through their perfectly maintained gardens feels like walking through a lush forest. The spacious and comfortable rooms further enhance the entire experience. But most importantly, the staff is what truly elevates this hotel. Every single person we encountered was incredibly caring and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Nosy Be. We are a family of 4 & plenty of room for us. The restaurant staff was amazing. We wanted traditional Malagasy Dishes. & Since we were there for 6 days. We always had Malagasy Dishes. But please tell them in advance. Best place to stay to watch the whale season

The rooms are comfortable and very large for the family suite. The pool is excellent, nice and shady and has a shallow part for young children. The spa is in a gorgeous setting and treatments were so relaxing. The staff were all really lovely and friendly and the food was great. Timings of food availability were a bit tricky with young children but that is the only critique after a wonderful 5 nights here!

Booked a seafront bungalow at this resort for only 1 night as they were booked. This place really exceeded my expectations on all levels. Having just come from Mauritius staying in the hilton and lux hotel this place made those hotels feel inferior. Ravintsara resort is located on the best part of ambaro beach. The rooms are huge, comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfortable and good WiFi is available throughout the resort. Last but not least the restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. Dinner was so good that even though we are not staying in the resort for the few days we have left we have decided to eat there daily. This place is definitely the best resort in Nosy Be. Don't look elsewhere as you will be disappointed. Keep up the great work

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens. My visit was just after a cyclone, so sea was a little cloudy.. The pool however was very well maintained.Service in the restaurant was good, but a limited menu.
