From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities. One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and the team were super helpful and polite. Sadly due to the nature of the stay we were unable to use the leisure facilities but these were fully open for us to make use of. Breakfast was buffet style, with a chef available cooking fresh eggs. The team also made us vegetarian sausages to meet our dietary requirements. The breakfast tasted great and the food was of good quality

Nice hotel and plenty of room in family room for couple.

On arrival i mentioned that it was my wifes birthday and the guy on reception upgraded our room. We also received a birthday desert platter following our meal which was a nice touch! Overall enjoyed our stay and very happy with the service

This hotel is the ideal location for a trip to the theatre. Also plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. Hotel facilities are good, staff very professional and rooms clean and comfortable

The room was small but the bed was very comfortable. It’s a good location and the pool/ spa area is an added bonus to staying here. The breakfast was reasonable- not the best but not the worst! The staff at reception are very welcoming and friendly and the hotel is generally very clean and well managed.

Good location, in center center, lobby is not on ground floor. Breakfast is quite nice.
