The hotel is situated at the location with only 10 minutes walk to city centre. The location is convenient but it also has a stunning mountain view. The staff is nice and polite and the room is clean and tidy. Recommended this hotel when you visit Nottingham.

Poor customer service. Manager lacks customer service skills. Called me when I was at the door of the hotel to advise me the suite room I payed for is not available it must have been a glitch. Then requested a &50 holding deposit which i refused then he advised he will just need to clear the room of somethings and then it will be ready. I won’t send pictures of the rooms because they are already uploaded. All I can say is further customer service training required

A rare hotel with attention to detail, good service, nice rooms, excellent food/bar and a lovely private garden to the rear.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Seeing that I was travelling with a young child, they kindly upgraded our room, which was a thoughtful surprise and made our stay much more comfortable. The only downside was that the room didn't have air conditioning. We stayed during the heatwave, so it was quite warm at night. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would happily stay here again.

I wasn’t going to mention this but i still feel upset. I would of given 5 out of 5 for service until this incident happened. We had a lovely meal and the service was great!! So on top of the 12.5 tip that was included in the bill we decided to give the bartender an extra £20 to share with the waitress. As my husband and I walked out of the bar we both heard him comment to another member of staff ‘ All that for £20’. This sat badly with us so we decided to mention this at reception next morning. They said they would investigate this but they seemed surprised and eluded that we must be mistaken!! Sadly for that reason we’ve marked the service down for the lack of feedback!!

Hotel was good but only disappointing thing was parking charge of£12 a night! This forced us to park on the street from 10pm but had to get up very early to move the car in case we received parking penalty!

Fabulous hotel, staff extremely friendly and accommodating . Room was comfortable and was in a quiet location.Breakfast was very good, and choice plentiful. Had food from the bar menu and enjoyed...I would definitely recommend this hotel..

The room was clean and we were given a room with a nice view. Overall it was a nice overnight stay.

The check in service wasn't smooth. The front desk and night manager asked so many questions, that they can find out via the booking system. We waited for over half an hour to check in. They spent the time on checking if you leave notes for two single beds or one double. And the tone was like we owned them a millions pounds. Hotel was above average but the check in experiece was the worst I've ever had in any hotel over the world.

We booked Harts as we were visiting our daughter in Nottingham. The hotel is in a quite location and perfect for a weekend stay. We found it to be clean, the room very comfortable,and the staff looked after us very well.

A big plus for location in the centre of Nottingham and for the delicious food and delightful staff. But bathroom, frankly, was dirty.

I cancelled my booking after 15mins of booking for the same day checkin. Was 15:00pm then cancelled 15:15 Because I received a last minute call that my son is unwell 😫. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY.. in the name of their 24hrs policy...I won't let this go. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 what a bad hotel.
