老闆很熱情，服務也好！早餐不錯。衹是臨近馬路的房間，太吵了。晚上過車影響休息！後面有較大的停車場，自駕可以選擇。門口有12路可以直接到自由廣場，交通方便。另外昨天生日，老闆特意給寫了祝賀卡，送了水果和一瓶葡萄酒。很讓人感動的。

A really good hotel with good breakfast buffet and large comfortable room. Room is spacious, clean and bright. Very friendly staff who could speak English and help with the directions in Novi Sad. I don't have any objections. Would definitely stay again.

We spent overnigh in the Boutique Hotel Arta while passign through Novi Sad, Serbia. It exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally beautiful, with a modern chique design. Room and bathroom were spotelss clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and all foods delicious. Staff speak English. The hotel has its own inside parking. Our car was parked a few steps from our door which is wonderful when you have luggae and it's so easy to move it from the car to the room. Nearby there are bakeries and pizza restaurants and take aways open until very late at night. We will definitely go back next time we pass through Novi Sad.

Very nice room, large, clean. There is free parking in the hotel's courtyard. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. The location is a bit far from the city center.

I have stayed in hotel for 3 nights. Everything was great. Warm welcome staff, nice new room with big bed. Clean bathroom. Especially reccommend for those who travel by car, they have free private parking. Breakfast was great with some domestic food.

We chose the hotel through one of booking sites, taking into account that it was well rated there. And we were really unkindly surprised. But lets start positively. The main advantage of the hotel is a parking in the yard and also the receptionist tried to be helpful. But this is the end of of the account of its advantages. The hotel is niether in nor anywhere close to the city centre. So, if you want to walk there, be prepared for a relatively long trip. As for the rooms, the hotel is really filthy - carpets unwashed for ages, the same for cushioning of armchairs and the sofa, towels grey and hard, bathroom doors impossible to be closed, and the room soaked with cigarette smoke. TV guide promissing hundreds of international TV channels but the TV actually offers only local ones. Breakfast choice limited, but when we asked yoghurt, the receprionist just go to the shop and bought it, so we could have it in the end. Anyway, since we have probably neved stayed in a worse place, we will not come back again and do not recommend it to our friends.
