Nice hotel, but I believe the location and structure make up for most of the 5stars awarded. Service, especially reception, was horrible. They give ******* members whatever’s left, and most staff don’t speak English. Nice building but won’t be returning

First the rooms i prepaid weren’t available the first night , the staff at frost desk is extremely slow , room service was horrible took almost 2 hours for a club sandwich

the only inconvenient was that at the buffette I ask for a witlacoche taquito and it was a long chino dark hair.
The waiter was very nice but was no pleasent experience.
