The hotel is basic. Clean. Shower felt great. No lamps. No wash cloths. No extra towels. Very little English so polish your Spanish, or use your translate app. Weirdly quiet.

I personally had a bad experience with the night stuff Sara when we arrived there. Poor customer service at the first incounter but the day staff where very helpful

I want a FULL REFUND! I checked into the hotel last night, Nov. 15 and this morning when I woke up, multiple parts of my body were covered in bed bug bites (I have pictures). I need someone to contact me from ******* to see how I proceed to get a full refund. When I left the hotel this morning at 8, there was only one receptionist, who I showed the bites on my body to, but she couldn't do anything for me! She told me the Manager gets there at 9am, but, I couldn't wait that long.

Great value for money. Enjoyed the pool. Staff was very helpful

Gus was a great host. Went to store to pick up beer. Wasnt happy at all with shower-washroom-no phone for guest services-no coffee machine and double bed when we asked for queen and said there was nothing available

This hotel is supposedly close to the airport but it did seem to take quite a while and quite a cost to get there by a taxi. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were lumpy. There is a large spider web in the bathroom and a bug on the ceiling in the bathroom. When checking in they were trying to charge us 30 pesos a night more than what ******* said our rate should be. After a bit of time I finally got them to look at my confirmation and agree that I should pay with ******* said it was going to be. The so-called breakfast we passed on as we would like something more substantial for breakfast. It is inexpensive but I'm not sure if I'd want to stay there again

The stuff it’s not friendly poooor service

Went to Splash Inn because I was bringing small children. It was great for kids from 12 to 2. The restaurant had less than desirable food for dinner but breakfast was good with fresh fruit, hot foods, and decent coffee. We went to dinner outside of the facility because pizza and hamburgers were not appealing to us. There are a few great restaurants very close. The rooms were basic and clean but what would you expect for the low price. We ended up bringing an extra adult and the staff was very good about accommodating this. Just a phone call and we paid a little extra for the breakfast and water park. It is a good place for little kids. Our 2 year old grandson was actually afraid of the beach so the water park was much needed for a good time for all.

The kids had a great time at the water park and animal shows. The staff was very friendly.
