Galaxy Hotel ltd ★★★

"I thought our stay here was perfectly fine. Our room had a living room and walk-out patio on the first floor, the AC and hot water worked fine. Our group had dinner at the hotel one night and the meals seemed satisfactory in general, certainly no worse than the restaurants we visited nearby. I went to the bar a few times and the service was always fast and friendly. The breakfast buffet is small but adequate. The neighborhood is nice, although walkability depends on your ability to handle steep hills. "

"Location is quiet yet convenient Service is willing but not great compared to the general standard in Rwanda Cleaning is questionable We returned to the same room We had stayed in a week earlier and I found exactly the same piece of aluminium that I had left in the bathroom in the same spot....!?"
