I booked 2 nights via ******* but added an additional night a day earlier by telephoning the hotel direct, the only room available for 3 nights was a single so I was effectively downgraded for the 2 nights booked through *******. I should receive back a credit from *******, the single room was fine with the exception of the toilet which was installed where use was constricted, if it had been installed at an angle it would have been OK.
The arrival, staff and accomodation other than the toilet was excellent
