Check-in was quick n easy. Lobby was nice. Staff- with the exception of a night desk clerk- were kind but a skeleton crew and stretched thin. Grounds were clean and breakfast was great. Those are about the only Pros I can list. Cons- Our door didnt latch when it shut, had to be pulled tight until it clicked. We had a random toddler walk into our room at 9pm. We went through a total of 14 keys- took up to 5 times to get the reader to accept 1 of our 3 cards, and didnt lose any. We were told they'll send someone to fix it asap. Nobody came and we dealt with it all weekend, each time with a different employee telling us they'll either put a work order in or change us rooms. Nothing happened. I plugged in my phone charger and the outlet arced about 3" from the bed. The heating unit cover was propped on, and fell off when bumped. The coffeepot sprayed hot water all over the sink, took 2 requests about 3 hours before I went down the 3rd time and waited at the desk to get it for my room. There was only the communal microwave in the lobby and it was splattered with sauce, no spare trash bags, no hand soap (overnight guy told me I had to ask to get any they didnt put it in the rooms) no directory for local stuff, freezer in the mini fridge dripped water. Pool never had towels even at opening, had to use room ones. Staff didnt care about the screaming group that drove dozens out. Beds are NOT queen size- we measured.
