I had a major issue with my room on Friday morning where I was completely locked out of my room by a dead door keycard reader, but the staff there was very quick to help with the problem, and got me back into my room (and subsequent new room) as soon as they were able. I don't fault the front desk staff for the issue, and fortunately there was another property nearby that had a person on hand that could help with the door, but the hotel owners probably should update the doors with new locks/keycard systerms sooner rather than later. I was told I would be given extra points for the issue though, which was nice, but I have yet to see those points on my account.
