Easy check in. Called to let them know I was checking in late and they very quickly found my reservation and made a note. When we arrived the process was very streamlined and we were settled in our room with our dog in minutes. My husband had and nice sandwich at the restaurant. I noticed we were close to the elevator and we could hear the sounds slightly but we were not bothered by it once we fell asleep. The walls are well insulated because our dog did not hear sounds enough to make his bark which makes it easier for us to travel with him. Great sleep in comfortable bed with nice pillows and sheets. Extra blanket was great. Lovely bathroom and storage for clothes. Beautiful towels and supplies in bathroom. Nice sized sparkling bath tub. Comfy chair to relax in. Overall great place.

I have had to travel back and forth from home to Toronto for medical apts and this lovely hotel is only a half hour drive to downtown even during morning rush hour traffic. Love the pool and hot tub and work out room. The bar area is nice and quaint and the breakfast spread is very good for its value too

Was recommended by a medical clinic when I made the booking. It was close by and convenient for an early morning appointment.

The hotel offered everything we were looking for. The room was spacious, lots of parking spaces, and free wifi. The staff were very polite but and helpful. Additionally, for an extra $15, you can get a decent breakfast. Overall, it was an amazing hotel for the price they charge

Really nice and well maintained hotel, staff very friendly. Requested late check out (12:00) and was no issue. Will choose this hotel again next time

Receptionist noticed guest using cane when checking in and offered an accessible room which was gratefully accepted. Very observant to offer and very much appreciated.

Very new. Very clean. Some oddly placed things (toilet was kind of in front of the sink and so close that you would touch the toilet). Bed and pillows were excellent. The service unfortunately was below average. This is becoming the norm in Toronto where the employees hired do not understand what service and customer satisfaction is. Got some abrupt, and unhelpful support when I needed something. Check in was also not as pleasant as it could be.

The best part of our stay had to do with the Professional and compassionate staff on site. This ranged from front desk personnel to the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. Cannot say enough about the Housekeeping staff as well.They are excellent.
